Need to speed up play

As always, I loved the course. Somehow, an 8 some was let out a couple of foursomes ahead of us. When we asked the marshall about it, he gave us a huge attitude and said that it was a Saturday and we should expect a slow round. We play different courses every Saturday and this is the first 5 hour round that we have had. As much as I love this course, I would be hesitant to book here again due to the pace of play.

Tough but very fun golf course

Love the golf course. From the whites its only 6000 yards but the slope is 130. A lot of people automatically play the blues which makes it a tough gc..Greens have some nice undulations, are tough but not too tough, There are a couple tight holes and then a number of holes that are "grip it and rip it" holes. Some major elevation changes mixed in makes it a very interesting golf course and one of my favorite.

Monday at Chalet Hills

I enjoyed my first round at Chalet Hills. The course layout was nice and offered some variety and challenges with hills, blind shots, water, etc. The pace of play was excellent. I enjoyed the greens too, as they had breaks and had to think through landing spots, while the pace wea quick enough but not overly fast.

Course layout is Meh

2nd time playing Chalet Hills, and I left feeling underwhelmed both times. Pass of play was good, staff was friendly. But overall course layout seemed inconsistent. Most holes are tight with trees or water, but Target golf won’t help since the next shot is blocked or blind. Foxford Hills is next store and has a better layout.
