Wonderful to play and overall experience
Awesome course
Greens are much faster than in past
Great conditions
Prairie Isle conditions
I know it is early in the season but the course was in poor condition. There were a few fairways that looked like they were irrigated and green most of the fairways and greens were brownish green (my yard is greener than most of the course). A lot of old brown divits in the fairways and the perimeter of alot of the sand traps did not have sufficient sand (there was grass and weeds in it). If I had paid full price I would have been mad
Always a joy.
Prairie Isle has always been one of my favorite courses for its unique lay out. I’ve played it on my Birthday for several years which is in May early in the season. Good shape on the greens for May.Maybe a little thin. But this course needs new cart paths! All beat up & very bumpy. Value for 2 golfers was amazing! But it was however a Tuesday at 9:45 AM.
Avoid this course
Staff was rude and course was poorly maintained. Disappointed with the overall experience at this price point. Many better options in the area and will not return.
Course Condition
Late fall golf at its finest! Greens were perfect! Fairways freshly cut with no leaves or soft spots! Kudos to the grounds keeping staff. Trees turning, perfect weather, doesn’t get any better!
great course
Really enjoyed my round at Prairie Isle. Cart was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and fast. Course is taken care of and a pleasure to play. Enjoyed the holes with elevation changes and the water. Just enough challenge for a beginning golfer without being overwhelming. I'd definitely come back again and recommend to others.
Great Course
I have played this golf course several times and it is always a great time. I live an hour away from the course and it's a ride that I don't mind.
Nice course crabby staff
This is a beautiful course nice layout and good greens. The manager who is there every time I play is a crab he doesn’t like golf now obvious because he mentions it each time I book golf now and play there. He insisted that I share a cart they had plenty of extra carts but this guy is very strict. I have never seen him smile not sure why he is so angry but I like the course once you get past him.
This is an over priced course for the area it takes me an hour to get there not off any highway.
So play it if you get a deal on golf now and be ready for this angry guy
A Hidden Gem
A great variety in hole layouts and beautiful fairways make this course one you should try. It is a bit off the beaten path but worth the trip. We are hoping to return for another round this season, something we only do for a select few courses.
All I can say is that you must be some sort of rookie golfer. When you purchase a tee time through GolfNow (or directly from the course) it does not entitle you to your own cart. The fact that there were plenty of carts avilable is irrelevant, since you only paid for a "shared cart". I'm certain that if you offered to pay your fair share for your own cart, the course would have been pleased to accommodate you. But you paid for a shared cart, and that's exactly what you got, so I guess I don't understand your complaint.
