Played this course several times. Always in good conditions even with the rain we have had lately. This is definitely a shot makers course.

Nice course, wet day.
The course is a great course to play. The weather was very wet causing some sloppy conditions. Cart path only. Normally under dry conditions the course can be difficult. The greens are very good and roll nice. The fairways are manicured as is the rough. The two downsides are the beat up earth paths, and most tee (blue) tee boxes are in a desired need to me repaired on most holes. Otherwise. It was nice to play Mill Creek. I'll play it again soon.

Decent Course but Needs a Starter
Decent layout through an upscale neighborhood. Course is well maintained and has an interesting layout. Unfortunately, they let groups start on the back 9. We were humming along on the front and ran into a wall on the back. So, we quit after 9, making this an expensive 9 holes. If you enjoy playing at a decent pace, I do not recommend this course.

The course is sad and rundown. The cart path has many potholes so drive slow. Some of the greens are bald and some have weeds. It used to be such a nice course. What a shame.

Great layout
There are ups and downs to the course. The layout is amazing in my opinion and seems more challenging than it is. But there are many areas on the greens that need work(fungus/dead grass) and the cart paths need to be redone
