360 Ewa Beach Country Club
About
360° Ewa Beach Country Club is located on the Ewa Plain on the island of Oahu. This award winning Robin Nelson Designed golf course first opened in 1992. 360° Ewa Beach Country Club was the first golf course in Hawaii to plant Seashore Paspalum Grass for its playing surface. Seashore Paspalum is a grass that is an environmentally friendly turf due to the fact that it can be irrigated with non potable water.
Ewa Beach Golf Club has design features that are reminiscent of a traditional Scottish links layout. The layout is designed so the outward nine to takes you away from the clubhouse and you return to the clubhouse on the inward nine. Another feature reminiscent of a Scottish links layout is the double green located on Holes #2 and #16. This double green is the only one on the island of Oahu.
The links layout similarities end as Ewa Beach Golf Club is carved out of a Kiawe Forrest. Tree lined fairways put a premium on driving accuracy. The addition of fairway bunkers and water hazards make Ewa Beach Golf Club a truly challenging golf experience.

Semi hidden gem
The place was practically empty for an 11:04 tee time, I guess because it’s a little farther out. The course was really great and had a lot of interesting holes …it was long enough to not be hitting wedges in on most holes from the whites ….the greens were s smooth and fast…and in really good shape….i can’t wait to play here again:-)
Challenging Greens
We were a 3-some and took Uber from Honolulu and rented their clubs. Callaway woods and irons. We played on a Tuesday there is practically no group before and behind us until the 15th. There are a lot of trees on both sides of the fairway. The green is for the pros I think. Fast and if not careful you may need a wedge again as the ball may roll out from the green. We took our time and took videos of us on almost all teeboxes.
No sand in bunkers.
Expected to see the ocean from at least one hole or fairway. Disappointed to say the least. No real sand in any of the bunkers. Not worth the price.
Course condition was excellent
Course condition was excellent. Green was in impeccable shape. Unfortunately pace of play was poor where our round took 5 hours. Marshall did come several times but the group ahead of us just could not pick up the pace. Other than that the course was enjoyable and staff super friendly. I would recommend this course to anyone but do look for an early tee time to avoid congestion on course.
Beautiful Conditions, Weird Tee Markets
From Tee to Green, the course is beautiful and well-maintained. The pro shop has a nice selection and products are well displayed. The restrooms are clean.
The tee markers are not the conventional USA color-coded, red, white, blue, black. They are black folded metal tent markers with stencil-cut numbers, each denoting overall yardage (e.g., 59 for 5900 yards instead of a white tee marker). The numbers are difficult to see and the don't match the hole description at the beginning of each hole which still refer to black, blue, white, etc. It's just weird.
Good course, slow play
Course is in great condition, greens were consistent and challenging. Pace was too slow. Played early afternoon and waited on every tee box the entire round, finished in 6 hours! No marshal on the course.
Course in great shape
These were the best greens of the several courses I played on Oahu this vacation. The rest of the course was in good condition too. The staff was very accommodating when I showed up early and asked if I could get out sooner. I plan to golf here again!
Great Course, fairly priced, need marshall for pace of play
We loved this course. Thought it was in terrific shape and thought price was reasonable..but we were unfortunately placed behind five five-somes that were part of a other golf club outing - that seriously slowed the pace of play to the point we were 52 minutes behind pace by the time we finished. This never should have happened. They never should have booked other people within an hour of these five-somes. The marshall called in sick so there was NO ONE to monitor and correct the situation as several of the fivesomes were SLOOOW. Having said that, we liked the course ALOT and will play it again in the future -- but will make sure we are not scheduled around another such club outing.
Great course but slow pace of play
Course was in excellent condition - especially the greens - but the pace of play was really slow. We had a 5 hour & 10 minute round. They need a ranger on the course to keep things moving.
Recommend this course.
First time playing Ewa and was pleasantly surprised.
Staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
The course was in great condition. The greens were fast and smooth. The only downside were the bunkers, they need fresh sand. When I mentioned the bunkers condition in the proshop after the round the staff acknowledged the bunkers condition and said they were working to improve the bunkers.
I highly recommend giving this course a try.
