About
Located on the west side of the island of Oahu, Hawaii Prince Golf Club is situated on what was once prime sugar cane land. Now the land provides 27 holes of challenging golf with panoramic views of the Waianae Mountain Range. There are three nines that can be played in three different 18-hole combinations. A/B is the least difficult of the combinations but there is still plenty of character and variety throughout the golf course. Water hazards come into play on nine holes and there are sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. Although it is considered the least challenging, the A/B features one of the most difficult of all the holes at the club, the last hole on the B course. It is a par 4 with water to the left, front, and right of the tee and it usually plays into the trade winds.

Decent, well maintained course in Ohau
It was my 3rd time playing at the Prince Golf club. Always and promising good course. Quite fast roll green with breaks, not easy course lay-out to tackle and around 6,350 yards long from blue. GPS equipped cart but no i ice cooler. Don't expect any sea-side hole or down-looking ocean view.. Many hidden water hazards, so need to understand the lay-out of the course to keep your handycap. Pace of play was a bit slow, it took me almost 5 hours to finish the 18hiles. It is worth to play this course definitely
Well worth a round… or two!
The course was in great condition from tee to green and offered just a few challenges to keep your concentration sharp. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s a great experience
I would play again
Nice course, good layout
Only issue was that they had watered the course a lot and had very little roll. Very soft in front of greens
I rented clubs and they were Taylormade Stealth. Well worth the price
Maintenance Issues
We always enjoy playing new courses but Hawaii Prince was not a good experience. Clumps of grass clippings all over the course including fairways. Had to continually had to clean my ball from grass. It also frustrating as there were maintenance workers on almost every hole. Some of did not move as we were trying to hit our shots. My golf cart had 2 big rips in the seat cushions and not very clean. Would have to think hard about going back there.
Great 27 hole course on SW side. Found an excellent hot deal price on GolfNow. Played with 3 other guys and was enjoyable. Will definitely play again when my kids arrive. Only small issue is the food amenities and would like to have beverage cart in the afternoon but was not too big of an issue.
Nice round, nice course, good price.
It was easy to set up the time. Played as a single, played with a nice couple and their friend ( they were all from Korea). Played the B/C combo from the Championship (Blue) Tees. Started out on C and things got backed up a few holes into the round, but it was still pleasant. The B course had been punched a week earlier so they were still a bit bumpy compared to the C course greens, which were in great shape. Had a good round compared to my recent ones, so I had no complaints. I would recommend and will play again if I'm back on Oahu.

They speak Japanese as well.

Course rates
The Golf course was very expensive to play unfortunately, the rates for a out-of-town guess is astronomical. Definitely would not recommend that to my golf buddies.🙁⛳️
