Kiahuna Golf Club is a challenging short course that has narrow fairways. The course is structured around many ancient remnants of authentic Hawaiian culture. A golfer will encounter unusual obstacles such as lava walls and stone structures. This course is called "the longest short course you will ever play."

Kiahuna gem
My husband and I love to play on this course. The course was in great shape and the layout makes it really challenging but fun to play.
Nice layout with multiple tees
I have played here every year I have vacationed in Kauai and have enjoyed it every time. Very fair and playable layout with a good amount of challenges tot test every part of your game. The greens were in great condition as were the fairways and tees. It is worth playing at least once. No holes near the Pacific but nice views from a few holes.

We love this course when we’re on Kauai. Good pace, great conditions, and beautiful of course.
Great course at a good price
Had played here in the past and really enjoy the course. It could use some TLC and don't expect much from the Clubhouse, but for the money it is great. Quick pace and not crowded
Poor conditions
Greens were in poor condition. Some (numbers 12 & 18 in particular) were horrible, without a doubt the worst I’ve played on since my “muni” days. Otherwise this was a nice course. Lastly the carts were ancient, comparable to what you might find at a muni.

The day was perfect, perfect conditions, it played well tithe rental clubs were fantastic!
Don’t bother; go elsewhere and pay a bit more
This course seemed fine from description but the driving range was sad, you pay for a bucket of mismatched balls, no towels in the cart, no waters in the cart or on the course, and no starter. The staff in the ProShop (a stretch to call it that) didn’t communicate to the pairings and people just started when they wanted? The cart GPS was so small you needed a magnifying glass to read it.
The one redeeming factor was the friendly gentleman pulling carts and collecting range ball tickets …you grabbed your own bucket from a shack.
Best score ever
Had my best game ever. Very narrow challenging fairways. Was confused at times which way the hole was facing. But overall had a great time.
Great Course - Worth Every Penny
This was one incredible golf course. We played the south course. The views were beautiful. The holes were challenging but not too difficult. If I ever return to Konna, I would play here again.
We booked our golf through the Fairmont Resort. As a member of the loyalty program (no charge to join) we received free rentals. The rented clubs (driver and irons) were Taylor Made Stealth.
As an aside, we got a few great bounces off the lava rocks; but you never know how that will go.

Excellent course in great shape but the play was a little slow for me. I did wind up, jumping a few foursomes and that helped a little bit.
Excellent and Challenging
Course is excellent. Staff from check in to finish provided excellent service (starter a 49ers fan so plus for that one 😀). Overall challenging due to windy condition and bunker placements.
