A True Test
Not a long track, but you better be accurate! The course was in great shape considering the overnight rain and the greens were rollout true. The staff was friendly. Will be back soon!

The Staff in the Bar/Clubhouse was excellent. The pro shop guy was just like most these days. Not welcoming at all and seamed like he was annoyed we came in.

Solid Fun Course
The course was extremely wet due to rain and the sand traps were basically unplayable but the course was in solid condition otherwise. The layout includes a good amount of water hazards, many sand traps and dog legs. The course keeps things interesting with hills and dog legs but also provides some additional challenges on almost every hole.
It can be tough to know where you are going on your first time through since the score cards don’t seem to have a hole layout on them. There is a decent amount of challenge to the course, it’s not super tough but every hole presents you with some difficulty for errant shots.

Don't play if wet.
Course has drainage issues. Difficult layout becomes much harder when wet.

Really Slow Pace
I use to play this course a lot, but the pace is really slow and makes it unplayable. Took 3 hours to play 9 holes, thought it was a bad day. Came back, same thing. Walked off without playing all 18.

Fairways dried out, greens fast, but don’t walk!
I thought the greens were faster than Medinah which is where I played two days prior. Further, the fairways need water. Very dried out. Lastly. Don’t walk unless you are in 1. good shape, 2. it’s cool and 3. you’ve had a recent physical. Very spread out due to trying to give all those homes golf course views. 10-18 are across the road. Weird. I liked the staff. Super nice and friendly. I would play again tho if the price was right.

Slowest Round - No Ranger
It took more than 5.5 hours to play. There was no starter and no ranger to help monitor the course. There was also no beverage cart during that time.
For the price, there a lot of better options in the area.

Need some on course Ammenities
No bathrooms throughout course , garbage cans were over filled and spilling over , cart person only came by one time. We’ were hot and needed some hydration.
Course is beautiful, golf carts needs update and gps, also there should be map of course in front of every TEE. For a $50 course that should be a given.

Challenging track
The arboretum is a solid track that will test all the clubs in the bag. There is trouble all over at this course and it’s not hard to find. I played awful today and this course was unforgiving. Challenging and fun. Greens in great shape, some dead spots in the fairway but overall in great shape considering the amount of play it gets.
