Great course.

I really enjoy playing this course. It's never too crowded and the staff is friendly and courteous. I've played here about 6 times now, and I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. The difficulty level is perfect for my skill level and the design and layout are a nice mix of hazards and forgiving fairways. Definitely recommend trying this course if you haven't already.

Know what you are getting, and that is great value at a friendly staffed and quick paced course. Some fun change in elevations. Some conditions are not great, but again for the value it is top notch.

Good Time

I was pleasantly surprised. First visit and really enjoyed my round. Especially liked the elevation changes throughout the course. Thanks to Golf Now app got a great deal. Will be back to enjoy the scenery when everything greens up a bit.

Good value, nice staff, some improvements needed.

Pros: Good pace of play. Staff friendly. Nice elevation changes, good value. Cons: no tee boxes (no excuse for that even if early in year), limited yardage markers, no gps in carts, greens very slow.. greens arrated with no advance notification.

Great course but...

This is an excellent course but they need to make space for a driving range

The elevation changes between holes are very nice and the course layout is up and down and somewhat hilly which is really unique for the chicago area

nice course but waterdamaged fairways

played here a few months ago and the course was in great shape....however june rains put a lot of the holes underwater..they havent recovered..

not told about this when making t time..

additionally when making t time we we told and were under the opinion we were getting the 4 for 120$special...when we arrived we were told we needed a "hard copy" coupon to get special..told fee was $43 each..we eventually were given the $36 senior rate..

not a big deal money wise but kind of put a damper on the day....

weve been playing here for over 40 years...wont play it again this year..maybe next year

Damaged fairways

Played here many times and have never come across such dire conditions. Looked like there were large areas of flooding that has killed the turf. Many, many areas were "Under Repair."

Stay away for a couple months until problem has been remedied.
