open the course on time
They were 30 minutes late opening which caused a huge delay. How hard is it to open the clubhouse on time?
Be careful on the open time for Sunday
Booked a round to tee off at 645 and got there at 620. The staff didn’t get there until 7:02 to open up, so thinking we teed off at 7:10 or so. The regulars were not surprised by this because this happens often apparently. My advice to any golfer is to play somewhere else on Sunday morning. The course was ok.

Turnberry Golf Course
Very slow play. Ranger did nothing. I didn't get GPS in my cart. All the men I saw did. What was up with that?
Thank you for your feedback. I will have a chat with the ranger. GPS units need to be replaced occasionally due to malfunction and unfortunately you got a cart where it was being replaced. I would like to offer you a 50% discount on your next round.
Simply a classic
Maintained and plays as if it was that old private Cc. Every hole is different and challenging in its own subtle way. This course could charge way more for what it is but probably just wants people to play it, enjoy it, and keep coming back. You can tell whoever owns the place now, cares more about the players, the course, and the game of golf rather then turning a profit. And whatever the profit has been made, if any, is most likely going back into maintenance and allowing the possibility to continue carrying out its history

Nice Course, Traps Need Work
I liked the course, it was competitive but the sand traps were a mess, They were rock hard and did not have much sand in them.
It also appeared there was one drink cart person for the whole course , which left us thirsty at times.
Solid track
Conditions throughout the summer were excellent. Hats off to the ground crew! A real pleasure to play.
