Slow play no ramgers
Slow play. Well over a 5 hour round of golf. Never saw one ranger and there was no starter.
Decent Course
Lived here for many years and only recently been able to play Turnberry! This last round coming off alot of rain. So some rough playing conditions. Ground crew seemed to be always around the holes and dragging the bunkers without pulling the water out of them. Great course for the price.
First time
Not bad. Having a good afternoon. Made the turn and ran into a league that went off back. That was a bummer.
Good pace of play
The course has a good layout, mostly open with some water features. The pace of play was very good and the course was in good condition
With a cart for under $20,!
Formerly a private course so the layout was nice. Were the conditions quite as nice as a country club? .No, but they were as good as courses I have paid $80 for.
Yes the clubhouse and carts could use a bit of TLC but I spent 3.5 hours on a nice course and had a good time.
This was a Hot Deal using a monthly $19 credit. The entire greens fee was $19.97. Will definitely go again.
Car crash in slow motion
Course was in moderate shape, damage to greens from inconsiderate golfers. Some brown spots on greens. Fairways in good shape. Lower back 9 was not as soggy as it’s been in the past.
No ranger and painfully slow play really ruined the experience. Tablet on the cart was a nice perk, however it didn’t work, charge cord was frayed (same as last time).
That’s not mentioning the confused sign in staff.
Pre-paid, contactless sign in was good. Went in to get a bucket of balls before the round. Guy signing people in took cash, THEN said there are no balls available. He walked away, came back several minutes later asking ‘if there was a problem?’ At first refused to give back the $10. Had to wait for a cart to be ready.
Felt like a cheap park course. Overpriced for what it was.
Nice course, horrible employees
The course was pretty decent, both layout and conditions. However, this employees act like your bothering them. Course rating 8. Employee rating 1.
We love this course!
This course is challenging, but not ridiculous. You'll take your hits for bad shots, but will be rewarded for the good ones. Greens were in great shape in August.
