Carriage Greens Country Club

Course owner is extremely rude. We had a tee time booked and it was raining all morning so we went to the course to see if we could cancel or get a rain check and the owner refused both and said it was not raining hard enough for that. I was playing with my 70 year old father with two hip replacement and I told him that he can’t play in the rain because it is too dangerous if he slips during his swing. The owner did not care and said he was charging us no matter what so we left and he charged us. I will never book a round here again

Seems like the party course. Took 3 hours to play 9, gave up and didnt even try playing the back. Course isnt in bad shape. Need a marshall to keep pace going though.

Spend $55 for 9 holes. Wasnt going to play in the dark to try and get in 18.

The guy in the pro shop gives the course a bad impression.

Course is great.

Great price for the course quality. Only issue is a lot of goose droppings that were not picked up for awhile near the pro shop, carts, putting, chipping, hole 1 and hole 9 area. Pro shop very rundown and desperately needs a remodel. People were very friendly and the course was great. Will definitely come again.

Very odd. Seems like were the frat boys go to get hammered and golf. The girl in the pro shop was friendly. Gave us each 2 PBRs for free, again odd. Some guy at the counter, was completely drunk acting like a clown.

Starter was cool. We got off the first tee on time. But after that, we were waiting 10 mins on every tee box after that.

NO marshall on the course, which I don't understand.

Course itself was in pretty good shape, but there were places that were just completely neglected.

Wouldn't come back.

A decent coarse layout wise. Fairly easy to score well. They keep up with greens and fairways cutting wise. They just can't keep up with the geese. Piles everywhere, I seen it starting earlier this season, now it's a mess.

Carriage Greens had an outing on Saturday afternoon. They allowed three fivesome groups go off back to back to back. Caused everyone to

Be backed up. Took us 2 hours and a half hours to play the front 9.

When we pulled up to hole 10, we had two groups still needing to tee off in front of us. Staff said the entire back 9 was backed up. Staff was nice and let us just play the front 9 again. Offered a complimentary beer as well for inconvenience.

Took 5 hours. Course conditions were not the best with a lot of T Boxes ripped apart. Staff did their best, but allowing 3 groups of 5 on a busy Saturday afternoon calls for disaster.

Tee boxes were heavily damaged.

No towels on ball washers

No beverage cart

Overall course was in very good condition. Some areas were soggy due to rain the night before.

My ball hit two sprinkler heads that were a few inches below the surface. Both were next to the green. The balls landed in the hole. One time the ball did not come out. It stopped when it entered the hole, the other time it stopped the forward momentum and bounced to the side.

Either the the course or golf now will charge you for a no show even thought you showed up, paid, and played. And then neither the course or golf no will fess up to it. Apart from that we had to call the pro shop about slow play on the 3rd hole. If you want to play the blue tees, know that this course isn’t long enough so they put the tees on the very far back of the tee back so you have an uphill lie on every tee. Currently awaiting a new credit card since I had to cancel it after carriage charged it for a no show.
