indian mounds golf course
It was a beautiful weather day. The course was not crowded so our pace was good. the course was in ok condition. The greens are getting better. They were in bad condition but they are trying to fix that. All in all it was a good experience for the money. Good for beginner like me.
Perfect Par 3 Course to Have Fun
My wife and I play Indian Mounds weekly.
It’s inexpensive. Super friendly staff. Easy to play
It’s not fancy but we don’t care we love it!
Place to learn and practice
Great for Practice.... take 2 putts as Greens are terrible
Great course to play!!
The only issue with this course are the greens on the first 9 holes. They are in terrible shape. I still play this course because I really like it. Hopefully they will be able to fix those greens. I definitely wouldn't let this keep you from playing here. I play this course more than any other course. Staff are very friendly & clubhouse is beautiful.
Nice and Simple
The course was a nice executive course you can play in less than 2 hours easy. The tee boxes greens were not well groomed or maintained. That is the negative for this place. However for $10 I was not expecting much.
However it would have been nice to actually have a teeing are with grass less high than the rough. Once you got off the tee box the course was ok.
The greens were atrocious though. Crab grass everywhere and they were extraordinarily slow. There was not a smooth putt to be had but again for $10 I can’t really complain that much.
Indian Mounds
Best bang for your buck. A must if you're in the area.A guaranteed enjoy.
Easy afforable course
Indian Mounds is basically a par 3 course with a few longer drives. No dog legs, a few holes where water comes into play, but not that challenging. For the price though, it is well worth spending 3 hours here playing 18 holes.
Indian mounds
A great executive course. Best par 3 course around. And you still get 5 quality par 4's. You just can't beat it.
low price - worth it to get out and play
Course is short (mostly par 3s) and not in great condition. Greens are shaggy, fairway is a little sketchy, etc.
All I wanted to do was get out and swing some clubs and for $15 including booking fees and cart, this course did the trick.
It is not Augusta. It is not Pebble Beach. But for a random hot Sunday near St Louis, it was golf,
Great Public Course
All par 3 and par 4. Only one water hole (good foe me). Good value for your money.
