The great club.
Well organized golf club.
Nice fairway and green.
Except a little slow pace, one of greatest club.
I recommend this club.
Fine any time
Not one of my favorites in the area, but I have no complaints. It’s plenty challenging, in good condition, reasonably priced, and convenient. The layout isn’t bad but kind of weird, with all the length packed into about 4-5 holes and quirks like a big tree 100 yards out to make short holes more difficult. The restaurant is fine when my wife and I play with another couple and stay for dinner.
Everything but the greens
The greens were not in good condition and very dull. Maybe they just got aireated and sanded. Everything else was wonderful. We will be back.
Facilities great but course staff not so much
I had a starting time at later in the afternoon and we were pushed towards the end of our play around 8pm while the sun is still out that we needed to wrap it up. I’ve never gone to a course where they told us to wrap things up. Around 8:20pm we already hit our drives on the 18th and while we’re about to hit our second shot, we see the staff on the cart yelling at us that we’re done. Seriously? We can’t even finish the few remaining shots on the last hole? Customer service was terrible and won’t be going back. Went to Wilmette the week prior and we got to finish out while the sun was setting. Really disappointed with my experience here.
Great course
Staff was great and course conditions were fantastic. Greens rolled nicely and pin placements were challengibg but not impossible. Only area of improvement was the carts shutting down seemingly randomly, even when we’re far from greens or OB areas. Besides that it was a great day.
Taff curse
Nice place to play but some of the people where loud right next to the tee box and the green right by you and the pace of play was slow
