Great value
I've played this courss several times. Can't beat the value. Greens were in great shape. Fairways starting to go dormant, but still very playable. Tee boxes were a bit beat up. Front 9 was a little soupy - not sure why, as has been pretty dry lately. Back 9 was good.
Not bad
This course was pretty good overall. The greens are very difficult, IMO, but very good conditions. It did suck having to stay on the path because of wet conditions on the first 9, and 90 degree driving on back half. I feel as if I walked 18. The price was Great on golf now. I will play again sometime.
Course conditions
Fairway full of dead grass patches, grass as tall as rough. Multiple patches of water in fairway. Not worth price paid, would not return.

Improved course.
The course is in pretty good shape. Nice, wide fairways and the greens are superb.
