Fairway full of dead grass patches, grass as tall as rough. Multiple patches of water in fairway. Not worth price paid, would not return.

Beautiful Course

This is a really nice, flat course. The only negative thing I can say is a few of the fairways are really bumpy. Take it slow on these.

$27 for a reason.

Played 8:20 tee time today. Pace of play was great as it was not very busy. I like the course lay out and greens are in great shape. But many of the fairways had bear spots and muddy “potholes”. Lots of crabgrass in the fairways versus good zosia. I played last October and it was significantly better shape. But for $27, it’s worth that. Not $35-45. Etc.
