Not so friendly starter
When I arrived at the first tee the starter seemed confused on my tee time. After a little conversation he told me he was moving back my tee time at least one or two slots. When asked why he said because he could. Didn’t apologize or ask if I’d mind moving back, just said he did it because he could. He was accompanying someone that was late for their tee time and I was basically a odd man out because I was a single. Very unprofessional.
Some stupid golf holes...I left after 9
The greens were very challenging. Many holes were on slopes and that served as the defense of the course. Most notably, there were some terrible golf holes that are just poorly designed. #6 is dumb and requires a 200 yard shot and then just turns dead right. #9 is probably the worst hole I've ever played. It is 415 yards and I hit my drive dead straight about 250ish yards...right into a pond. There is about 30 yards of rough and a pond starting 210-220 yards from the tee. It is such a terrible golf hole that should not penalize the golfer for hitting a great shot. After taking a penalty I hit my 3rd shot on the green and three-putted, which was my third three-putt on the front.
Seemed like the greens had not been cut in a few days. This course has no defense and is quite boring when the greens are slow.
Weekend walkers
The course has several tight areas where play backs up during almost every round. Weekends are especially bad with only eight minutes between tee times and a lot of players that like to walk. This combination causes wait times at almost every tee and many shots.
Great course layout and to rushed for player's.
The Tee Time was very rushed, waited 10 minutes on the 2nd hole to tee off and the pace of play was slow, took 2 hours and 30 minutes to play 9 holes.
The greens were very rough and bumpy.
The course has a nice layout, but greens were not in good condition.
The person in the Pro Shop after 530PM was not helpful and really grumpy.
Will not be back anytime soon.
5+ Hours to Play
From the very start to the end the play was so very very slow. This should not happen as it means they are overbooking tee times. There were zero yard markers so that made it difficult. I like the staff as they were friendly and they even mentioned that the course is overplayed. As a result it was not in the best of condition
