Relaxing round
It was a beautiful morning, I went out by myself. But then I meet 3 lovely gentlemen. And we formed a foursome. This foursome turned into best friends in 9 rounds. I’ll be back to play with them again, especially the 2 old oupa’s I met. They’re teaching me the game of life and golf ✌🏻
Go Golfing
The Palos Hills Municipal Golf Course is a great place to taken in a round. The course was well kept. Greens were a bit fast. Definitely challenging for an occasional golfer. New carts made the day even easier. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place.
It’s a municipal course.
It’s a simple 9-hole. Nothing too special. The tee boxes need work and the bunkers are in rough shape. The 9th hole is terrible and needs to be redone.
Nice course
Overall average, but conditions usually good. One of the best bargains in Chicagoland, and typically not very crowded.
Horrendous Pace of Play, but Not a Robbery
Played here on the day before thanksgiving. Took 2.5hours for the 9 holes, had intentions to play a second time through but I was glad to be done. Waiting on every shot and being the second group stacked on the tee box every hole was not enjoyable. But I paid $16 on a deal time with a cart, so at least I got what I paid for.
Nice 9 hole course
This was my first time playing here and I was pleasantly surprised. Course itself was well taken care of (not so much the cart path and trees). Nice mix of par 3,4 and 5 holes, and the greens were smooth and true.
Good for the cheap price
If you're looking for an open amateur course with minutes obstacles & cheap pricing this course would be recommend.
If you like a fast pace play
Pace is fast as long as you can keep the ball on it near fairway. Grass gets a little long just off the fairway would be the worst thing I can say. It’s a nice couple hour walk and play.
Great 9 hole course
The course is in great shape. It’s never a problem getting a tee time here or walking on. The course has many things to offer for varying skill levels. It’s a very easy walk with plenty of people to enjoy a round golf with. Keep up the great work!
