Deer Creek Golf Club

I had a good time playing here, playing the front nine in 1:40. The back nine however, was painfully slow. There were several groups ahead of us which were excessively slow. They even played several balls if they did not like their previous shot. No regard for pace of play or even cared they were slowing down the entire golf course and golfers were waiting on them. No ranger in sight to inform them to pick up the pace. Even though you might be a bad golfer, shooting 140 or worse if you counted all your mulligans, you can still be quick about it. The course was in excellent condition with the exception of the bunkers. The bunkers were not manicured, sand so hard you could putt out of them if you chose to, and very large rocks that would damage your wedge. Some even had weeds in them. Don't get me wrong, this is a solid course and is enjoyable to play at any skill level. Just hope you don't get behind a group which should be playing at an executive par 3 course.

This is a great golf course, and I’ll definitely add it to my rotation. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, and the price was just right. Thanks to Jay and Candie.

I’ve played this course since 1998 Never again!! First the lazy people love parking a few feet from the green,unbelievable, they don’t care about other players. I’ve complained to the rangers as others have to,nothing gets done!! The pace of play is HORRENDOUS, unless you want 5-6 hour rounds,I can’t put myself through this anymore, I will not be going back,I used to call this place home!!!!

For the location price amenities staff dining and pretty well kept up course , this place rates up among the top out in the area.

Pro Shop attendant Michael was very friendly,receptive and helpful as my son and I were playing the course for the first time.

The course is a beautiful layout with many challenging holes for a11-20 handicap player.

Plenty of sand, water addibg to the challenge.

We played from the standard white tees but blue and black tees would add to the challenge for a -0-10 handicapper!

We Will definitely be back again soon

I really enjoyed playing the course when we were able to play. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the round due to delays at every tee box due to 5 min separated tee times. Also, because of this we tee'd off roughly 20 minutes late. It took almost 3 hours to complete the front nine, and I just ended the round there because there were multiple groups waiting at the 10th tee box.

Fairways were trim, greens were smooth, rough was thick. Well cared for all around. Very nice staff. I'll be returning.

Good layout. Helpful staff. Course was in good shape for mid March. Play was fast 3hrs. Solid value.
