Tuckaway Golf Course

Course is in nice shape and played well. Good value for the money.

The Fairways were so high it was like the rough on most other courses, and the rough was unplayable due to the rains. The course should not have been open. The guys that were out trying to cut paid no attention to any of the golfers the pace of

Play was horrid die to cart path only as the golfers didn't use their head to hit near the path to make it easier on themselves

Pro shop guy was good bit with storms and all the trees and beaches down made it difficult to play

Bad conditions. Horrible pace!!!

You get what you pay for.

It is a playable course. Tee boxes and greens were maintained, you could easily differentiate between fairway and rough. Just seemed a little rundown. Golf carts, clubhouse and pro shop have seen better days. One staff member in the whole place and gave the impression I was bothering him. Overall it was playable with a challenging layout. Ho hum.

Played first time here. Over priced. Kind of a goat ranch and not worth the money. Best to go to Balmoral.

Always a good course with a couple of challenging holes.

Hadn't played it in a couple of years,but they definitely have improved the course with the high native grass. Looking forward to playing it again

Played this course 30 yrs ago, liked it back then. Still like it but I don't recall having all this tall grass around the course that they have there now, makes it a tougher course to play if you're spraying it all over the place. Found more balls in it than I lost in it, just think it's a little annoying, looks good, but good luck finding YOUR ball in it. Other than that course is in great condition at this time, traps could use some work but seems like many courses are neglecting sandtraps lately letting them become weed/dirt traps. The crowned greens are a challenge to keep your approach shots on, scramblers paradise.

I've been playing this course for 35 years and this might have been the roughest shape I've ever seen it. The good: Greens, tee boxes and most fairways were in fine shape. The bad: A significant part of the course outside of the fairway has never been cut, leading to a lot of time looking for balls and penalty strokes. Some sand traps were horrible, some were decent. It was a frustrating day because of all of the areas that were neglected. We won't return until it's been taken care of.

Course was flood they should have been closed instead of sending players out

Absolutely awful. Sticks and weeds everywhere. Not sure they have ever rolled the greens. Go to Deer Creek or University Park, could not imagine paying $35 for this course. Never again for me.
