Nice challenging course.
Lots of water and challenging. Greens were not in the best shape but otherwise in good condition.
A must play
I will be back often in the fall. It was a bit hot today. Great layout and a challenging course. Easily the most comfortable cart I have ever ridden on.
Challenging beautiful course
Front nine is such a beautiful course with large trees wide fairways and great elevation. The back nine is highly protected by water and have some challenging holes. Each hole has a unique name to it. Watch out for hole 12 the serpent. Can't wait to come and play again. Has GPS and great golf carts with USB ports. Had a great time. Starter was nice to give us a history lesson of the course and a little background about the course as well and the amenities.
Poor layout, fair condition
Very strict about pace of play. However, the courses poor layout becomes obvious as soon as you reach the parking lot. Walk uphill to get to clubhouse and everything is crammed in. Carts are all parked on top of each other and your fighting a hedge just to get your bag in. They have a cart valet to try covering up this poor design but it doesn’t get better on the course. Tee boxes are far apart and it’s a maze getting from one hole to the next. Cart paths are poorly laid out and fairways are had to access.
Great Course
This is truly one of the great courses in the suburbs. Very challenging and the course is always in perfect condition.
It is pricey so it is a once in a summer treat for me
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to know how we can earn those last two stars next time! Thanks for playing Seven Bridges Golf Club.
Very very slow pace!!!! We skipped 2 holes and still finished 4 1/2 hours
Hello, thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve. Thank you for playing and we hope to see you again soon.
$90 and no range?
Ok layout. Decent routing. Phenomenal staff. Very disappointed in the “practice area) and no range for $90? No thank you.
Thank you for reviewing us. We see you rated the course 3-stars and are interested in learning what we can do to improve before your next round. Feel free to comment on this review or reach out to the team in the golf shop. We always appreciate the feedback. Thank you for playing Seven Bridges Golf Club, and we hope to see you again soon.
Seven Bridges
Great layout and food service staff were excellent. Golf course staff, not so much. First thing the starter says to us is how hard the course is and it will kick out butts. Not a pleasant start. He also asked for the driver of the golf carts name, phone number and email. First time I’ve ever been asked that. How odd.
The other negative was the mention of speed of play. A lot of golfers must’ve taken that to heart because nobody raked the bunkers but maybe that’s because the bunkers averaged one rake per, which is way understaffed.
Other than that the course is in great shape and we enjoyed it. I would recommend it.
Dybo's Take
Suggestion would be to equip carts with divot filler bottles so golfers can assist in maintaining the damage done while playing.
Unfriendly course
Unless you know what you’re in for, I do not recommend this course to any golfer. Difficult conditions, bunkers everywhere, water on some holes but easy to stay out of. Greens rolled differently on front 9 and back 9. Would not recommend. Balls will be lost. Course layout is cool, not overly difficult course, yet it can get hard
Thank you so much for leaving us with your feedback. We value our customer experience, so your review is important to us. We will make note and we hope to see you back at Seven Bridges Golf Club!
Simply Beautiful but difficult
As a first timer here playing by myself some of the holes were very challenging but definitely a beautiful course. Love it.
Expected more out of this course
Don’t get me wrong , Seven Bridges is a top notch golf course. I just was expecting more, greens were just meh and the lack of a driving range was a shock .
Staff and 19th hole were off the charts .
I’d come back on a HOT DEAL but not for the regular $80+ rate
7 Bridges
Course was in good shape. No driving range. They did have nets to hit into. Challenging course. Friendly staff. Great time.
Seven Bridges July 2021
I enjoyed my round at Seven Bridges this week. I play the course about once a year and usually enjoy myself.
The nines are different. The front is more parkland style with trees and slopes being the main design elements. The back nine has water. The first time you play the course, the water on the back could be frustrating as many slopes feed to the water. Some fairways are crowned and in dry conditions, everything runs to the water. You can't just swing away- from day to day, the strategy could be different.
This year, the greens were slower than expected. But true and in good shape. This year, the pace of play was great- under 4 hours.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass on your feedback to the teams in charge so they can work to make changes.
Your feedback helps us do better. Thank you for visiting and we hope you'll give us another try in the future.
