Challenging, But Fun on Every Hole
Challenging, But Fun on Every Hole. Played From the Green Tees, Long, But Worth the Effort.
Seven Bridges
This is one of my favorite courses. The two 9's are very different and very challenging. I paid $54 for the round and its a great value for the money.
Nice course but.....
Nice course - difficult but can be managed. Greens were a little beat up - pace was very slow (4.5 hours) for a Saturday morning and no senior pricing on the weekends. Not worth $90
Beautiful Course
I am fairly new to golf, So this was a fairly difficult course. The golf course was beautiful and in great condition. There was a lot of water hazards on the back nine.
Great time despite recent events
The course can definitely be difficult, especially with water hazards on the back nine, but it is without a doubt my favorite course in the area. Great terrain and secluded feel with stunning views. The course is always in great condition with wonderful staff as well. The only downside is no driving range, but the hitting nets are enough to get me warmed up. Highly recommend to anyone in the western suburbs!
Annual event with my sons.
Getting together gets hard as everyone gets older it, my sons and I manage to do so near their Borthdy week.
This year I wanted to do our golf outing at a golf course not more challenging but more scenic,
I chose 7 Bridges based on comments I remember from the past and the review on GolfNow.
We not only had the best weather we have ever had for golf, we had a wonderful day. The coarse is beautiful, well maintained, excellent carts and features, has friendly staff, has maturity and challenges.
For an avid golfer I beleive it would still have its challenges while still being very enjoyable for the crappy golfer.
Fun but overpriced
I’ve been wanting to play this course for a few years and it was a tough course and overpriced compared to other options in the area. The greens were in great shape and large enough for your average golfer to not feel intimidated on the approach. However, getting to the greens is a different story. Tree limbs will hang over your shot at number 4 and demand your shot shape on the from nine (lots of blind tee shots). There are changes in elevation, which are fun, but you need to either be awesome with your long irons or be able to bomb it into a small spot or pay the penalty under the trees. The par 3’s are great. Straight forward and elevated greens. If you struggle off the tee but your good around the greens, this isn’t a good course for you. The overall price is way too high compared to market value around the area. Staff was awesome.
Great Course For Spring
This is the second time I've played this course. It's a great course and my Amenities rating of average is only because the the halfway house was understandably closed in light of the weather and the early season.
Tough, but fun
Bring extra balls! Difficult but fun course. Conditions not great due to early season, but always well maintained in season.
Awesome
The guys and I can always count on a great time at this place and for sure it’s our go to!
Great course
Challenging, unique course in middle of suburbs. Right up there with the nicest public courses.
Great time at Seven Bridges
Really nice round, leaves are starting to turn colors, but are still mostly on the tree. Aeration of the greens made putting s little adventuresone, but to be expected this time of year. Lots of water hazards on the back 9, so hittng straight and laying up is the smart strategy.
