Village Greens of Woodridge

located close to city. 18 holes.. not best course around this area but it is decent. If I have a chance to play, I used to go.

Greens were in excellent shape with good speed and roll.

This is a good place to golf and well maintained course. However, you may feel very slow playing because of slow players.
I've played more than five times this year and there are very slow players so the general pace of this course is not adequate.

After driving by on 75th street many times I was never impressed, but I had friends that picked the course and WOW, was very surprised and impressed....great course, could have played a little quicker

Greens we really fast and challenging. They were in great shape though.
Course was well maintained and was a great value for the money especially with the weekday rate.
The only issue I had all day was the slow play of the group in front of us, which for some reason split from a foursome to two twosomes at the turn. Not the course's fault though.
Will play again.

Pace of play ok for Sunday afternoon. Good value at golf now $25 rate with cart. Greens a little slow but well maintained. Staff very friendly. Course good for higher handicaps but just challenging enough on about half the holes to keep Low handicappers interest.

Some slow play late in the afternoon that ranger didn't push along but other than that a nice track to play.

Course is well maintained and has some good challenges. It's a fair course - not one with a lot of gimmicks.

This course is fun to play and could easily be walked as the holes and tee boxes are nicely positioned. The atmosphere is casual and I did not see a players assistance one time during our round. The cart girl however was Johnny on the spot and let us know when it was her last call. All in all, I found the course mildly challenging but not to the point of frustration.

Greens were rolling better then ive ever seen them. Great value for the money. I recomend the course to anyone looking for a great round for reasonable price.

The course was in good shape, except for the greens. Every green was loaded with sand, to the point where the ball was covered after a short putt. One of the greens had twigs, etc on half of the entire green and it looked like it had been just raked. If not for the greens, it would have received a much higher rating. I know it is necessary for the health of the grass, but let's not be ridiculous about it.

Nice course, well kept. Had a great time playing here.

Having yardage books for FREE is a nice touch for those who are not regulars.

Got stuck behind four really bad golfers who did not consider that they were at least 3 holes behind and took excessive time to analyze shots. They did not allow for play through.

Village Greens in Woodridge, IL is a really nice golf course. It is well maintained and very challenging since it is a hilly course. The putting greens were a little long the day we played and needed to be rolled so it was a little tough putting - but still a very nice course. Be sure to use an extra club because the uphill venue on this course requires it! I play this course a couple of times a summer because I like the challenge.

The front nine is straight forward except one dogleg. The back nine is more challenging. The greens are in very good condition.
Definitely will replay.

The course was in pretty good shape overall…the fairways, sand traps and condition of rough was very good but the greens were average at best, the speed and grass condition was fine but way too many divots. The staff was very friendly.

Layout of the courses wasn't too challenging, but was not boring at all. Fairways were pretty well maintained, greens were very inconsistent though. Some holes greens were moving very fast, other greens moved really slow. Also, numerous ball marks left unrepaired on the green. Our group was playing a little slow so we were kindly asked by a marshal to pick up the pace a little - no problem. When we made the turn onto the back 9 we got caught behind a very slow moving group of four, and no ranger came out and asked them to pick it up. Ended up waiting at least 5 minutes on the tee box and when in the fairway. Overall though other than playing a 5 1/2hr round I enjoyed my experience.

the course has a great layout, with doglegs in both directions, great par 3's,fast greens and a great par 5 finishing hole.
