Good course.
Exactly what I expected. Somewhat flat, spread out over small acreage. Well maintained, though limited variety between holes. The staff were nice, and we had a great time playing the course. Would play again.
Shadow Wood
Greens are always fast, have played there around 20 times. Had my son, son in law and a friend play. will play again soon.
Pleasant surprise
While staying in Scottsburg for the Kentucky Derby, booked this course on a whim. Turned out to be a very good choice!
Great condition, slow play
Course is always on great shape. Greens were very fast and rolled smooth. Only negative is hard to get a round in under 5.5-6 hours at shadowood. Pace of play is always slow
Always a joy!
Like to play it a few times a year depending on hot deals. Local courses around me are raising prices, so hot deals are coming back into play. Downside of that is Golf Pass only gives you (10) fee waivers now. Dropping one of their biggest perks! This has nothing to do with the course but will affect how I book. Would rather drive a little further to play a much nicer course! Only complaints are its usual very slow. I understand they are packed and with a great price you will be! So I just plan for the day! Greens are nice and fast! Always a pleasure regardless of the score.
