The course was in good shape, we booked a tee time around 3pm. It was busy like most courses during the weekend. The pace was slow took about 3 hours for the front 9 but the pace picked up in the back! Next time I book I’ll book earlier, the bugs started getting irritating around 7pm
Very nice, clean well manicured course. We had a wonderful time golfing 18 before heading back to Florida that afternoon.

Better Management Needed
The course had always been a favorite of mine until recently. After a couple of times of booking a tee time through GolfNow, just to arrive to the course and learn about a tournament that’s going on, and that my tee time might be delayed, will upset any avid golfer. Not only were we rushed to hit the course when we did get an opening, but pace of play so extremely slow (5.5 hour round) and they allowed a bunch of kids to drive carts around and they continuously drove while trying to tee off, at times slamming on the brakes to cause a screeching noise. It was unprofessional and definitely not worth returning. I used to defend the course after fellow golf buddies spoke ill of Fox Run, until I finally got to see what all the fuss was about. If you’re just out to hang out and have a beer or two with friends, go for it. If you’re serious about your game, don’t.
Course was a nice challenge and enjoyable afternoon...
Never again
Never again! Unbelievable that a public course would allow a bachelor party play 3 groups of eightsomes followed by a foursome on a busy Saturday at 1 o’clock without letting the following groups know about this outing in advance. I have nothing against bachelor parties on course, and in fact have played in many and had a terrific time. But I do believe in having respect for all parties that have scheduled tee times following. All the issues have to do with the course and not the group having the outing. No rangers on course to keep the pace of play at least at a “reasonable” amount. Literally one group directly behind us left on the second hole. My foursome along with a twosome left the course after the twelfth hole 4 hours and 45 minutes into our round. All that can be said is if you want to play a course that has somewhat of a respect for customers experience, don’t play here.
Nice layout
For the money this course is very good this time of year. Greens were in good shape.
Great course and great value.
People who complain about course conditions are ones that can't keep it in the fairway. It has been in excellent condition this year and they have the best practice area in the entire metro. Love this course and play it nearly every weekend. Keep it in the fairway and you will find conditions of the course are excellent.
Fox Run
The course was about its usual self for this time of year. The ground was hard as a rock in most places, fairways and greens. The course was mowed nicely. The price is cheap, so worth hitting some shots there.
SLO play
They had too many 4somes in one group, we counted 16 guys or better in at least two groups this makes play too long for everyone. Course has played nice for a few months now, just the pace this day was too long and people were complaining about it.
Course and staff disappointing
Checked in - took 10 minutes and no one was waiting. We were told back 9 is being plugged and will have to play front 9 twice. "If you play slow the back 9 should open around noon". Ended our front 9 around 12:15pm, no one around to ask and proceeded to back 9. Employee rolled up onto the 10th tee and stated "the back 9 is closed" and proceeded to go to the 1st tee box and their threesome teed off. Very disrespectful since we were ahead of them off the front 9..........ugh
Good Value
Not the hardest course but for the low price a great value.
Great Value
Course was in good shape. Played 18 holes in 3 hours. Wide open in the afternoon.
Fun course
This was my first time playing this course. Great layout and a lot of fun. Will definitely go back again.
