Surprisingly Challenging!!
Love this track. The greens are a little firm but they putt nice. The layout is incredible - a lot of different types of holes and lots of undulations. The pro shop guys and greens keepers are cool and friendly.
Excellent courses
Excellent course to play pro shop is clean and very knowledgeable staff
KY State Park Gem
I had wanted to play this Perry and Press Maxwell coarse for some time and was not disappointed. These greens are some of the best anywhere and I can see why they are called “Maxwell Rolls!”
Pace of play and spotty course conditions in some low lying areas are what kept me from rating the course higher.
It was a fun time. Due to a lot of rain the course was pretty wet but running off well.
Stop raining
Overall good conditions considering the amount of rain in area. Greens were still slower than normal but I’m sure they will get fast
Been awhile
Great place to play a round, scratch or new golfer. Greens had been plugged recently, so difficult to putt, but the course is always in great shape. Will be really good in a month or two, but had a great time.
What a fun course!
Played as a single once the frost/fog cleared. Keep the ball between the trees and the only thing that'll slow you down are the hills.
Conditions far exceeded my expectations for early November. Tees, greens, bunker were all excellent.
Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
The layout is a challenging walk through the hills. Hole #7 is currently the wallpaper on my cell phone. Hole #9 is a tough short par 4 and #10 is an "easy" long par 4. Great combo.
Only thing I left "wanting" was a driving range to warm up.
Beautiful course
Greens were immaculate. Tee boxes needed mowed but overall in perfect shape. Definitely playing here again!
Ky Dam Village course
Very nice course at Ky Dam Village state park , nice pace of play and course was in good shape
Aireated greens
Just aireating greens so not as good as normal. In a couple weeks they will be excellent once again and will try then
