Great course played on cold and very windy Saturday late March, play great until got to hole 15 where two groups decided play last three holes together. So had wait long time, bad thing was it started sleet and just cold, we left after hoke 17 as could not survive pain any longer.

Wouldn’t been so bad on 80 degree day and also if someone would explain that maybefriends who not seen while, but nothing should least said sorry or offer let us go through as two some, took hour play last three holes and that not playing 18, don’t blame ranger ad cold did not see any. First time over twenty years golf almost called clubhouse, I play with few people and would probably been argument .

Anyway course great guess should had ranger maybe stop this happening, like said had groups back up and not even apology

the tees are up and the bunker need HELP have not been worked on at all this season didnt have a rake on the course. greens have just been aerated lots of sand but still played fair and rolled nice overall had a good time.

If you like Glen Mills, Broad Run, Jasna Polana you will add this track to your top list!

I have played about 25 rounds here over the last 15 years. I always find summer or late fall the golf course plays longer than the yardage. Do not underestimate how much carry you need or how far back into a green you can carry it to have a good putt at it. Not known as one of Pete Dye’s best courses because it is in Maryland, but worth your time to play it.

Overall Bulle Rock was a great course. We enjoyed the pace and friendliness of the staff. This was our first time playing there. We will return soon.

Needless to say anything, but only you gotta play this course. It is first time playing here. One of my top 3 so far.

I have played Bulle Rock a half dozen times. I have to say the new ownership has made this the best affordable highly conditioned top notch golf experience that I have played this golf season. Every aspect of making the golf experience like a high end bucket list course is there. From Pete Dye layout of interesting and challenging holes to the impeccable conditions and first class service and practice range and short game area all included with your round. The clubhouse grille topped it all off with delicious Octoberfest beer and excellent crab cakes. Thank you for a most excellent golf day,hope to return soon to BulleRock.

Bulle Rock is often voted the best public golf course in MD, or at the very least among the top 5. After playing it once again, I agree with this sentiment. I'm not sure it's my favorite course in MD, but it's definitely near the top. Course was in excellent shape. I love the layout here as each hole is distinct. There's lots of doglegs and water comes into play on several holes. It can be quite challenging if you're not accurate as there's hazards all over the place. The course gives you complementary range balls and the carts are electric and fitted with GPS. They offer everything you'd expect from a top notch course. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The clubhouse and restaurant are excellent as well. All in all, I was not disappointed with Bulle Rock and I highly recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of playing Bulle Rock several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. The last few times out I’ve noticed a decline in course conditions and service. The greens were slow and the course had a lot of areas in poor condition. The staff is not as attentive as in years past. Once you set the standard, that’s what customers expect. It’s a great course, I hope they get things figured out.

If you have physical or respiratory issues, best find a friendlier course. Fairway markers (many over 200 yards from the green and all over 100 yards) prevent you from getting to your ball except from the cart path ( and that’s NOT when it is Cart Path Only)!

Ordered b-b-q ribs with steamed broccoli special and was served chilly veggie. We complained to server and asked for the bill. It took just under 25 minutes to finally get bill. Just ate there this past Sunday after an outing. Salad was not even close to fresh crispy. Chicken parm was over cooked, tough, and no taste of parm. Tough to cut so ate only 2 bites and walked out. And this has been going on for years so this is not an isolated incident. Won’t eat there again!

I must say that this is a great coarse. I am sad to say that the course was cart path only when the fairways where dry. If you have ever played this course you know how much walking is involved when it is cart path only. It was close to 90 degrees out side and the coarse also did not offer water on it. Today was a long and very grueling day. When I talked to the staff about why the coarse was cart path only he responded that the greens keeper leave at noon and he is aware of the issue. I will never play here again if it’s cart path only
