Beautiful open layout but still more parkland than links feel. Very interested in going back when the spring is in full bloom and course is very green.

Overall excellent

Overall a great experience. Great warm up short game area and driving range included in cost. Obviously an awesome layout and tough course given it’s ranking in many publications. Was able to play this day and this coming weekend for less than $60 which is a steal considering what other less nice courses charge. It was a cold windy day and only 3 sets of tees were out but not a big deal. Was told we’d be playing the back 9 twice due to snow on one front nine hole but at the turn was pointed to number 1. I suspect this was because other groups showed up to play in the afternoon not because the snow melted but no big deal. Made par on number 5 and 13 so I was having a good day and the quality of this course for the price paid made this an overall excellent day.

For Late February course was in real decent shape. Snowed/rained night before tee off so course was “wet/soggy” in areas but draining well considering; played back 9 twice and 2nd time thru from 1-3pm we could tell the difference! A real deal under $60 considering other non-premium courses charging almost as much if not more to play this time of year.

BEST GREENS - IN THE MID-ATLANTIC AREA

I love this course ,

The greens are always the BEST, Unfortunately winter is almost here and the greens are not rolling true like they always do.

The rough was a lot shorter, made it a easy Hybrid shot. This was not possible all summer.

I absolutely love the resteraunt and everything BULLE Rock has to offer.

Like this course

The course is quite a challenge, but the cart path only rule for the day made it incredibly long. It had rained 2 days prior, and still we had to stay on path. Not a friendly course for that. Not sure did go back because of that. The marshal said they keep it that way if it is even a little damp. I guess they don’t care about slow play.
