The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course

This course is easy enough for new golfers but still challenging to those a little more experienced.

This is one of my favorite courses. The layout is fun but challenging. You will use every club in your bag. The greens are in good shape and moderately fast. You would be hard pressed to find a better course for the money!

Fun layout through the woods with elevation changes long par 3's and short par 5's its a great course when its not busy.

Right now its in the best shape I have seen it in the past few years. Walking rate is a good deal during the weekday. On weekends it can get really slow and is more annoying than its worth.

Course was in decent condition but had a lot of ball divits as people seems to forget to repair them.

This course is not very long but the Par 3's add an extra challenge due to their length. The fairways have many bare spots, except for a few holes. The wet summer has wreaked havoc on golf courses and this one is no exception. The greens were decent. A bit slow and squishy but decent. Some of the bunkers were beachy and some were hard. Not consistent...but you shouldn't be in there anyway right? Some of the staff were very friendly while others were not. When we got there, the starter and another attendant saw us carrying our bags but did not run over to grab them and put them on a cart. We expected that service but did not get it. At the counter, the one gentleman required that I show him my confirmation. As I was frantically searching for it, his supervisor came in and told the worker that it was not necessary. Cart "lady" was nice and made frequent trips around the course.

We went on a day that had some rain earlier in the day so it was cart path only and we were not allowed to hit out of the bunker. Im not the best golfer so it caused some extra time to hunt my ball down a few times

I usually play Eisenhower a few times a year being that it is so close to my house. I have to say that all the rain we have had has really done the course good. I have never seen the course so green or the greens so receptive. There were one or two spots that could have used some work and the drainage in certain lower areas wasn't great, but overall I enjoyed myself.

5 1/2 hours for a round is a bit much for July...incredibly slow play throughout the day. Course was in great shape, greens were fast, but not unfair.

The staff was very friendly. Pace of play was excellent and the course was in great shape. I only paid $29 for greens fees which included the cart. Great Value!!!

The staff is very friendly and the course is in a great location near Annapolis. The course condition has improved and was good when I played there 1 week ago however, yesterday the fairways and greens needed to be cut. Its like you are never sure what to expect. Yesterday was very busy because of Father's Day but the staff has really improved getting the marshalls out to try to keep things moving. (still needs a little improvement) Most regular golfers avoid Eisenhower on weekends because of the slow pace of play!

Consistent Course maintenance and improve pace of play! Those two changes would make this course a winner!!!

Starter was rude and not very helpful. Arrived 45 minutes before scheduled tee time. Starter didn't give us a cart until 10 minutes prior to tee time. The starter was also rude to the 2 groups in front of us and talked down to everyone he came in contact with.

Had been told the course was in bad shape. I found that to be totally untrue. Was in really good shape. Greens were a little bumpy, not sure why not many divots. Good pace of play course was full and we were still done in 4 1/2 hours. Will definitely play it again this season

A challenging course that requires every club in the bag. Friendly to beginners and low handicapers, the course is set in a wooded area with open and tight holes to play. It can streatch out to over 6,600 yards. The rough is not too penalizing but there are a few water holes and enough elevation changes to keep your interest. No two holes are similar. I enjoy the course and is one of my favorites to play.

Nice layout but needs a load of work. The course was in terrible condition and should not be charging the current fees until it is brought up to par.

I like the course layout very much. The fairways are suffering from some grass issue, and huge portions are almost like hardpan. Fix that, and I'd love this course.

Coming from DC, we needed a good reason to drive to Leesburg to play golf. It is a little over an hour drive, but well worth it on a great day. The staff is super friendly, the course is amazing, very challenging. I would play this course again!
