Mediocre executive course
This course is all par 3 and par 4’s. Its land has potential to be a very good executive course. It is a narrow course which is fine. However it is not well kept. The tee boxes are normal rough grass cut just a wee bit shorter. Its not the worst problem to have since one can tee the ball up. The fairways are same as the tee box. I think a few fairways are better. The rough is unremarkable. The greens are the worst part. The greens are bumpy and not uniform. A bunch of greens have cracked dirt patches. So there is no way to get a true roll on a putt. The greens are extremely small. The ball often rolls off if you hit the green because of the small size and the aforementioned condition. You have to plan to hit it short onto the fairway and have it bounce on. Overall I would say I would not pay over $30 for the 18 holes. Its just a place to get some practice in.
Looks like they were trying as I saw maintenance around mowing grass and going over greens but the greens are pretty shot. They have big bare spots Im guessing a fungus of some sort. Fairways and tees were fine but not overly so. Thats about all I can think of.

Friendly and enjoyable place to play.
Staff was great. Driving range and teeing off #1 in the evening was a little tough because the course layout had us facing the sun. But minus the sun, the views are great. Course is close to the fairgrounds, so if they have a concert (which they did when we played), you’ll either enjoy it or have to deal with it. Price compared to other nearby courses for the weekend rate was fair. Overall good experience and will visit again.

Decent Course for the Money
This is a good course to get practice in with your irons. Only a handful of par 4's but mostly par 3's. It's a fun, fast course with a friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Cut the fairways
I don’t know if it was just a timing thing but the fairway grass was really long and needs cut bad!!

Decent Value
Decent value for the $$, but attention to detail lacking. Several greens have ant hills and fairway grass is long. Wasn’t thrilled that the starter kept sending everyone off 10, which severely clogged the back 9. A good course to practice iron/short game in 2-2.5 hrs if you can keep moving.

MmmLong grass
Never in my life have a played at tee boxes with grass up higher than the tallest part of my tee. Losing balls that are in the middle of the fairway. This is the first time I was considering leaving by the third hole. Not somewhere I’ll return to. Cool staff but if the grass is super long, just let us know before we pay.

Willow Springs Golf Course
Fir the price, it is a nice course. The staff could do a better job of preparing the greens each day. My last two outings, I found numerous ant hills on the greens and small dirt piles( worms maybe).
