Early spring round
Great course and staff. Once greens grow in will be great as always
Great way to start weekend
Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Course was in good shape for this time of year. Greens were in tough condition but we did not expect anything different. Teed off at 4pm. Got 18 holes in before dark. That was a pleasant surprise as well. Overall, we have enjoyed each time we have played here.
Great course
The course was in decent shape. Greens were a bit pitted with ball marks. Great value for the money 💰.

Course has a great layout.
Love the layout here and like it even more when the greens are fast. Last 2 times I played here the greens were awesome and rolling fast.

Good course, except….
There always seems to be a group of raging drunk guys or young guys who are listening to the most vile rap music so loud it’s impossible to tune out. When your 14 year old son is the one golfing, it makes for a very unpleasant atmosphere. He’s golfed there many times this year, 2022, and it never fails…one of those two scenarios. It’s a nice course that offers a decent Jr rate is the only reason we go back.
Hi u31, sorry for the loud music, I hate it too during golf.
We will work to control this going forward, nobody should hear anyone’s music if they don’t want to!

Needs Work
The layout and setting are attractive. The course winds its way through a housing plan but the homes sit well away from each hole. The staff is courteous and friendly. The course, however, needs work. The conditions were not good even for fall golf. I would come back but only after they invest in better maintenance of the course.

great value
Overall good experience and great value. Tee boxes and greens not in top condition. Many unrepaired ballmarks. Poor footing on some tees. Fairways, rough and traps in good condition.

Challedon Has Been in Better Shape
Have played here before and found excellent conditions throughout. Was disappointed to find a number of fairways had brown spots and greens were in disrepair with weeds and ballmarks. Tee boxes have been reseeded but have not grown in yet. Traps were in good shape. New carts are excellent!

Great course near Ellicott City
Friendly course with a layout that is not too challenging for single digit handicappers with beautiful trees, water and rolling hills in a country club setting.. great food in the club house with friendly and helpful staff
