Great course
Great course. Steady pace of play. Very friendly staff. And they have a driving range and practice area.
Great course
From check in to concession stand on the swing , everything was great. The fairways and greens were in exceptional shape. Great day and broke 90.
Poor staff
Was out for a nice day of golf with my son (which I never get to do) and this creepy guy who said he worked at the course was interfering with our day, touching my son and making him feel weirded out. he was playing with us and was rude to me acting like I didn’t play and was very intrusive. I kindly asked this man to go ahead of us and he gave me attitude about it. I would never expect a day out on the course with my son to be ruined from a staff member but it was.
If there’s any way for a refund of some sort that would be great
Mismanaged and Rude
Booked 18 holes with carts for 4 golfers, paid at the check in and we’re informed that there were no carts or pull carts available.
I asked for a refund and was informed that my only options were to play or leave.
The staff was rude and did not try to make amends and offer any sort of refund or option to play another future date.
The course was overbooked and the course clearly needs to do a better job at managing their bookings to avoid these issues in the future.
We eventually decided to walk and try to play. It was an 85 degree day and there was no water available on the course. Golfers were visibly dehydrated and many quitting early due to these conditions. The clubhouse needs to do a better job making water available in these kinds of conditions if they’re going to have golfers walk the course.
I will not recommend this course to anyone.
Always a great time
This place is the best place around for an average player or a beginner. It’s always in great shape, the staff is always the friendliest people ever, and even though it’s a muni that gets a ton of play, it always moves relatively quick. I live in Quincy and this is the course I play most often by far even though it’s not at all the closest. Check it out if you haven’t yet, you won’t regret it!
