Lb for lb top 3
I didn’t even wanna write this review because I don’t want anyone going there to slow down the pace. I played the back nine yesterday with my buddy in an hour and 20 minutes. For the amount of money you spend and everything all included this place is a home run, in fact, a grand slam home run.
Character
This course is fun, fun to play…has many different holes with interesting layouts! (That’s why I call it a course with character!)
Nice track
Playing conditions were great. Fairways, rough, & greens were wonderful. Course is on shorter side, but challenging nonetheless. Cart paths are showing their age, bumpy & broken pavement abounds. Clubhouse is a double-wide trailer, includes pro shop, bathrooms, small grill/bar and some outdoor picnic table seating.
Don’t Pay
This course wasn’t bad, but it took 3.5 hours to get through 9 holes. There was no course management at all. When we called in to the pro shop, they said “it’ll open up after 3” and never sent a ranger out. Definitely don’t spend your money here.
Tiny Clubhouse and Easy tough guy
Waiting for first hole. Ranger pulls up, screams “You got any liquor in that bag?” No good morning, no gentle reminder or course policy, just screaming and accusing. I wish I had brought a few since no clubhouse until 11:00 am on a Saturday, but I should get screamed at by another adult after paying $85 for what was going to be a 5+ hour round. (I should say the starter that morning was great, and the ranger helping with the blind fairway on 15 were great)
Other issue is a “clubhouse” that is a glorified double wide. With two single bathrooms, one of which was out of order. Probably wouldn’t be an issue except a function with about 50-75 people was being held there. If I need to wait 20 minutes for a hot dog and pit stop at the turn, don’t bug me about pace of play.
Plenty of courses with better facilities and consistently friendly staff at the price point.
It’s a real shame, the 18 holes are well placed and obviously well maintained. But not worth being treated like a child
Crystal disappointedly
Greens need some tender care. Fairways also need Care. Fairways fair
Excellent course
Loved this course. Very fair yet challenging, greens and fairways were in great shape. Played 18 in 4 hours, and staff was very friendly. Food was excellent and great value as well. Will definitely be back.
