Love a course where each hole is cut unto itself with no houses. One of my favorites in New England.

Played 18 in less than 4 hours, greens were fast, fairways were nice, tee boxes were a little bare, but great layout and solid course for $44 with cart

All the clubs are needed for sure...course in good shape and with the RAINY NOR'EASTER that came through about two weeks ago, the course is fine...

Greens lightening fast making the undulations bigger...

Play it if you are at least willing to make a few sacrifices of your golf balls to weird bounces due to side hill landings and since this is the FALL...have some one ALWAYS be a SPOTTER and do use...white balls...red, yellow and pink are MOTHER NATURES colors...

Pace of play is horrendous, and it's clear as to why after seeing how little the rangers do to ensure good pace, as well as just general etiquette. Was so glad this past Sunday to have a foursome with someone dressed thinking they are Happy Gilmore, Bruins jersey and all, smoking weed and blasting music from a bluetooth speaker. This with an early Sunday morning tee time.

Gas carts are garbage (and have no choke on them, which is a blast on a cool Autumn morning), and the layout doesn't make a lot of sense. Probably not a walkable course given the large gaps between some holes.

Could be a great place if the rangers had a clue. They never were even able to ID our group when asking for pace of play. Every other course can track how pace is, why is it so hard for here?

Fantastic course for beginner or seasoned golfer. Challenging but not overbearing, great greens and nice tee boxes. Cart girls come by often and if u want food u can order it on the ninth hole and pick it up on your way to the. 10 hole.Food and drinks are well priced in club house. If I could afford it I would play there more often.A must play course.

Greens were rolling true as usual. Rough and green complexes were not good with bare spots and many wet areas. The fairways also had some sparse spots. Last year this course was pricey but the conditions were pristine. This time the conditions were not worth $89 for a 5 hour round. There should be a bell or signal system for the many blind spots on the course. They reversed some of the holes on the layout. Find it plays less interesting and long drives from one green to the teeing ground. Not worth the money or time right now.

While it was tough playing behind a tournament, and my play wasn't quite up to par, we still had a great day.. if I was ever to join somewhere, this would be the place.

Taking it easy on yourself this summer with cup cake courses, means it may be time to try a challenging course...with roughs strewn with trees, rocks and fairways(think the 10th) that will take a dead center drive and put you over the cart path, to the undulating greens that are lightning fast...then, try this course...

It is a GEM!!! Bring along a camera if you play during the LEAF peeping season, so you can build a library of photos to keep you warm during that first snow storm...will be spectacular!!!..

Do also get ready for your finishing holes on the 9th and 18th(two tiered green with 'evil' pin placement--lol)...you WILL need the 19th for sure...

Time for the test of all those practice rounds...approach shots will need to stop on a dime, and drives will run on the fairways...

You will not be disappointed...a GREAT COURSE...

Greens rolling smoothly in early Sept after recent aeration in late August.

First time here and a bit disappointed....as was the 3 others in my group. Course needs plenty of work....gas golf carts (who uses gas carts anymore?)......no charging ports in the carts, no gps.....ball washers old and used, cart parths are like riding around in Afghanistan- more potholes than good pavement....greens were in good condition-that was the highlight.....Certainly not worth $50 per round......very few yardage markers ...they had one white stake at the 150 mark and that was it....will not be going back.
