Always great to play a Donald Ross

Was a crazy weather day. Very hot and humid at arrival, but a major thunderstorm came in just north, and brought intense winds. At least that cooled things down for an hour or so.

The course had an interesting layout, with some crazy greens. You really have to hit to the correct area. Playing the course more than once would be helpful for scoring.

Conditions were very good. The course gets lots of public play, so there are some divots and ball marks.

Restaurant looked popular, but we did not have time.

Would happily play again.

Merrimack Golf

I played there yesterday and enjoyed playing it. The course is in very good condition with the exception of one green that looks to have water damage. The greens were true with a lot of suttle breaks. There are a lot of elevation changes which make shots into the green challenging. I look forward to playing there again.

Staff was very friendly. Course was in great shape. Pace of play was perfect. Cost was well worth it.

Beautiful course and awesome layout. 2 greens had an issue with something going on. I’m sure someone is addressing this in the upper management. Overall, just a good day, very friendly starter!!!
