Golfer Reviews
Merrimack on a sunday Afternoon
Course in great shape. New work on tee boxes will finally solve a water issue in the spring and they are starting to look great. Slow play today, is is Sunday afternoon. I do wish new players wouldnt try and play from the tips. Only complaint was beverage cart, the shift ended to early, never saw again after 4th hole, service was great.
Average course nothing great
Fast greens some funky holes. No driving range , terrible putting green. Its close to my home and good deals on Golf Now usually play Wednesday morning.
Liked the course.
Nice course. Open, wide fairways. Course in good condition, with the exception of some of the greens. Big yardage differences between blue and whites - felt sometimes like the whites were too short, the blues a little long for me. Somewhat challenging walk, because of hills, but definitely doable.
Nice track, would not walk this one.
The only other thing I would say is that they need some signage to let you know which hole direction is and maybe some bells or lights to know if it's okay to hit on blind shots. Greens were just punched so they weren't in the best shape. Overall, I would recommend.

My son and I will be back again. Short track, nice layout, lots of blind shots, fast greens, friendly staff and good steak tips at the Sandtrap Restaurant!
Greens had issues
Course layout was fantastic, greens had a disease which made them appear dead in spots
I would not play course until they resolved green issues
Bad winter
It seems as thought the course had a tough winter. Many of the greens have spots that are almost down to dirt and areas on the collars that were repaired and did not take. Besides that about 1/3 of the greens had debri from trees all
Over them. They were never blown off. We played at 7:30 am. Only saw 2 grounds workers and they were planting flowers by the 9th tee box. I love this course, but it was the worst I have seen it in 5 years.
This is an amazing golf course with meticulously maintained fairways and challenging greens, staffed by really friendly and helpful people who make every visit enjoyable.
Great course for the money
I have played the course over the last couple of seasons a dozen times. It is well maintained and managed. The staff our friendly and the pace of play is usually good.
Construction
Lots of construction going on but it’s a great layout with very friendly staff. Pace of play was great. I got a hot deal. 61 bucks for 18 with a cart. Greens are a little beat up. Lots of patches. Overall a good value.
Considering the time of year and rough winter we had this year the course was in pretty good shape.there were a few greens still partially covered as they are working to repair winter damage. I’m sure there staff will have them ready in no time. Even though those were work in progress and had covers over areas being repaired there was plenty of green playable.as always the staff was very welcoming to all who were there to play.
