Sandwich Hollows Golf Club

Have played and reviewed this course in the past. Late December round was super. The course was in great condition and 3-some played in under 3 1/2 hours. Restaurant/bar was excellent as usual and staff all extremely friendly, from Pro Shop to 19th Hole.

Great greens for this time of the year (mid-december). Fairways and rough were spotty. Tee box are under construction, course has a lot of elevation changes. Nice course for this time of year.

Nice fall day at a well kept track run by friendly accommodating staff. Good weather and Good pace of play helped make an enjoyable day.

Even though its towards the end of season, the greens were fast and were recently plugged they still ran true.

I found the course exceptionally well set up. Lots Interesting holes. Beautiful views from many locations on course. Found the green is quite challenging.

only issue was we were 4th group off in morning, and by 3rd hole, the 4 some group in front of us was 1 hole behind. By end of round they were 3 hols behind and wouldn't let us (a 2 some to go through). Round came in in just under 4 hours so we couldn't complain, but, come on, golf etiquette.

We were the first group of the day so pace of play wasn’t an issue. We were a 2some and played in just over 3 hours. Course is challenging for all levels but doesn’t penalize you when you make good shots. Plenty of elevation changes which makes it that much more enjoyable. I live about an hour away and make it a point to play here a couple of times per year.

Very nice course for the money. Pretty rolling hills. Great conditions.

It was a Friday at 1:30 pm tee off. We were backed up with 3 foursomes. We finally left the front 9 after 6 holes and picked up more holles on the back nine.

It was either poor scheduling or slow players or both. Someone should have been monitoring this and suggested groups go to the back nine; it had only one twosome on it for the nine holes except

for my husband and myself.

As a high handicap, it was quite a tough course. Unable to see where to play the ball on many holes. There is no water or snack cart available unless you go back to the clubhouse which is difficult with lots of people playing behind you. Also no toilets.
