Veterans Memorial Golf Course

Play was slow but it was very busy. The pin placements were located on slopes for many of the holes which I think may have had something to do with pace of play. I do think staff did what they could to help move it along as well as they could. Course was in very good shape.

Awful

If you want to play in a group of 6 this is the place for you. Front nine 2:45. Back nine 3:15. I counted 5 groups of 5 or more. The ranger knew it and drove past it several times. I addressed him after the round and he couldn’t have cared less. The group of 6 in front of us combined to shoot around 700, never raked a trap or fixed a divot. This is a poorly managed course.

A steal of a deal!

Really nice course. Legitimate par 5s. Can be reached in 2 but you'd need a straight 240 off the deck. Par 3s very challenging. Lots of dogleg rights on the back. Long irons off a few tees otherwise it's bombs away!

Amazing!

Great course and only paid 25 for 18 riding. Greens are nice along with fairways. Played in 3 hours and I will be coming back.
