Chicopee Country Club

Chicopee is an excellent course. The layout requires shot shaping. The greens have pace and run true. Some local knowledge is helpful. Fortunately I played with two people who knew the course. The only weakn ess, in my opinion, is the bunkers.

We travel up from Southern CT once a tear to play this course. As always, the course and staff were exceptional. But. no ranger out on course. Foursome in front of us slow as heck with an entire hole open in front of them. Never once looked back to extend the courtesy of letting our twosome play thru, ranger to monitor play was sorely needed.

Had perfect weather and excellent conditions. Greens were fast and tricky.

Challenging layout, but good scoring opportunities.

Pace of play was very good, only had to wait a couple of times for a couple minutes each time.

Good food and a beverage cart making the rounds.

I recommend this course often, and have never been disappointed.

First time great expeirence. Learned my lesson with booking with this app because one of my two had to cancel and i couldnt get my money back, so call to book because this app robs you unless you pay them. But great course as what i saw. Only played the front 9 but payed for two people.

Course was in good/Great condition, would give 4.5/5 stars! staff was friendly and course is a great layout; no holes are the same! Can be a tough walk as it's very hilly. Played with some locals and that helped with a lot of blind shots. Would recommend if in the area! only con is pace of play is okay, took 4.5 hours to play 18 and was told it was quicker than usual.

Booked 18 holes but front 9 was closed. “Oh by the way we are playing the back 9 twice today” I was told as I walked out of the pro shop. Groups waiting to tee off on 10 as we finished 18th green, making for a brutally slow second 9. Horrible day.

Conditions were excellent except bunkers were pretty rocky but maybe that’s cause of the heavy rain in days prior. Range needs some love too. Price was great 65$ to ride 18 on weekend. Food and drink was a bit more than expected but fine.

Took us over 5hrs, stuck behind slow groups. People were bailing out at the turn, we got behind a 5-some group, taking multiple shots and no golf educate. Running carts onto greens, sharing clubs, hitting several extra shots. We asked if we could play through, they said yes, we played par 3 and they jumped ahead of us again. They would not let us play through. A ranger would have been a good addition to the course, just to keep it reasonable.

I have played the course dozens of times and I have an enjoyable round of golf each and every time. A real gem!

Another enjoyable round. Course was in very good shape. Managed to avoid the hazards. Would play again. After the round a welcoming food and drink at their clubhouse.

Nicr course, well laid out. A good mix of holes with dog legs, tree lined and some open holes. Greens are in excellent shape and role true.

Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Small pro shop in clubhouse with attached bar/resturant.

Course was in exceptional condition. Greens were quick and challenging. Love the layout of this course!

Food and drinks after the round were reasonably priced and very good.

I will definitely play this course again.
