Front desk guy has no experience in being friendly and working with someone. Would have given staff friendliness a 0 stars if it was an option. After one simple question he got offended and felt the need to talk down to me like he was superior. Spoke to a few others on the course that day and I was not even the one to bring up how rude the guy at the front desk was. So i do not believe it was just me and how I interpreted it, it was multiple people experiencing this from all different age groups. Not sure of his name but he has a goofy hair cut and has some hair pulled down the middle of his forehead trying to cover the receding hairline on both sides. Love the course and have been many times but for the worker, if you’re going to work in a business dealing with people, you should probably learn some basic manners.

Course was in awesome shape, despite the awful weather the area has had. Fairways looked awesome, greens were extremely fast but dry. Very impressed, will be back.

Course is very well made with an extravagant layout and beautiful views around the holes. Staff and management are very friendly as long as you follow their simple rules. Everything is well maintained and cared for as a course should be. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice day outside on a beautiful course.

Carts we're weak. Facility very limited. Course needs a few trees to be taken down .

Big hitters beware. Precision is key. Fast greens. Great place to relax and enjoy a round of golf.

Had not played this in a few years. I was really impressed on the shape of the fairway and greens. Some of the traps were a little spotty with how much sand was in them but they were playable. The ruff area varied in length but was fair on the length. We played on a Thursday and did not see a snack and beverage cart on the course. This would have been nice because of the summer day it was. Overall I will return and play this course again.

I have played this course for years. I would bring anyone here at least once. Great course conditions are always very good to excellent. Bring your A game.

This course is long! Played it from the tips and it played ALL of 7,100 yards. The fairways get really tight on some holes, others open way up. It’s great to spray and pray on some and others need strategic target golf. This course will definitely challenge all of your game. I’m a 2 handicap and I shot 85. I got it a lot of trouble of the tee and a few of the greens grabbed me for a 3-putt. I played on an injured wrist, and it was really windy, so the high score is kinda relative to those variables as well.

The kids on staff were awesome. Super friendly. The course has a beautiful northern Michigan vibe. All but a few holes are isolated as well so it feels like you have some privacy on the course as well. The trees are thick.

Definitely recommend this course. Most challenging and lengthy course I’ve played all year, but that made it fun because I was able to use all my clubs in my bag. I think I hit 13/14 of my clubs.

The gentleman working on June 9th, 2021, around 1 in the afternoon, was very friendly and had great customer service skills. He asked if I was a student so that way I could get a discount because he wanted to save me money, and get me to want to come back. Not many places around remind you about how to get discounts, but he did. Great guy
