Tough, tight, beautiful course. Great value for what you pay for, but not a great course for an inexperienced golfer

I played here on Memorial Day and by the time my group was able to check in, we were supposed to tee off. We ended up waiting 40 minutes before hitting our first shot. It ended taking 6 hours to play 18 factoring in our wait to tee off. Course is great and well maintained which was the silver lining. Fast forward a couple weeks and I reserve tee time on GOLFNOW app, paid $5 fee and drove 45 minutes to the course only to find out that they decided to close the course for the day. Reason given was that it needed time to drain from rain the night before. Fine, that is understandable. What bothers me is the fact I wasn’t contacted or given this information prior to showing up. I’m out my service fee and $40+ in gas. Lastly, I visited their website to see if there was a way to send email to express my frustration but there is only a phone number which doesn’t help when course is closed.

Very enjoyable round. The back nine tightens up with the width of fairways.

This course has conditions better than clubs that have twice the greens fees. I jump on any hot deal here I can and it’s by far the best value around

Front desk guy has no experience in being friendly and working with someone. Would have given staff friendliness a 0 stars if it was an option. After one simple question he got offended and felt the need to talk down to me like he was superior. Spoke to a few others on the course that day and I was not even the one to bring up how rude the guy at the front desk was. So i do not believe it was just me and how I interpreted it, it was multiple people experiencing this from all different age groups. Not sure of his name but he has a goofy hair cut and has some hair pulled down the middle of his forehead trying to cover the receding hairline on both sides. Love the course and have been many times but for the worker, if you’re going to work in a business dealing with people, you should probably learn some basic manners.

Course was in awesome shape, despite the awful weather the area has had. Fairways looked awesome, greens were extremely fast but dry. Very impressed, will be back.

Course is very well made with an extravagant layout and beautiful views around the holes. Staff and management are very friendly as long as you follow their simple rules. Everything is well maintained and cared for as a course should be. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice day outside on a beautiful course.

Big hitters beware. Precision is key. Fast greens. Great place to relax and enjoy a round of golf.

Had not played this in a few years. I was really impressed on the shape of the fairway and greens. Some of the traps were a little spotty with how much sand was in them but they were playable. The ruff area varied in length but was fair on the length. We played on a Thursday and did not see a snack and beverage cart on the course. This would have been nice because of the summer day it was. Overall I will return and play this course again.
