Dunham Hills Golf Club
About
Dunham Hills Golf Club is situated amidst rolling hills and mature trees. The course is a demanding, but fun test of your skills. The topography presents challenging elevation changes throughout the course but accurate shots will be rewarded with level lies. The undulating fairways and lightning fast greens provide a variety of different shot options that will please the skilled shot-maker. Be prepared to utilize every club in your bag. Accuracy is essential on every hole in order to avoid the unpleasant lies that lurk beneath the hardwoods and pines but the trick is to keep the ball on the fairway. The layout opens with a tree-lined par 4 that is representative of the entire golf course. This tricky hole features a single bunker placed in front of a green that is sloped left to right.

great round
no complaints. course offers plenty of challenge and interesting holes. very pleased to have tried it.
Well worth it.
Went on a Friday afternoon and the course was not crowded, which was nice. The course was in pretty good condition, and it was visually appealing. Only issue was there was a surviteyer there that kept getting in the way when teeing off.
Horrible Front 9, Great Back 9
First time playing this course and will not return unless I'm playing only the back 9. The front 9 fairways are literally stacked on top of each other and novice golfers either a) come play their ball from your fairway and/or b) pick up your ball in the process of driving to get to their ball. No respect. Back 9 layout is awesome and would recommend playing that.
Windy day for golf.
It was a little bit too Windy for a day of golf. The course was very nice. They were in the middle of fixing a few things but all in all it was in pretty good shape. It was so windy that it was hard to really tell how the course was playing. Exciting part of the day was that I was able to hit a 362 yard drive on the second par five! Yes! That's how hard the wind was blowing bad day
Early season conditions are good
Played on Sunday afternoon and course was in good shape. Greens were fast with no disease spots or winter burn. Trees are budding and greenery is starting to come back. Pace of play was good. I played in foursome and finished in four hours and 15 minutes.
Always great fun!
This is an old-style course that packs a lot of pinch on a small piece of land! Lots of elevation changes, treacherous greens, and a great mix of holes has made this course a favorite of mine for 35 years. There are a lot of newer courses in the immediate area that are very challenging, but I always make sure to hit up Dunham at least twice a year. Highly recommend it!
Wonderful course
I first played this course with a cousin back in 1971. The course maintenance has always be great. The rolling terrain, contoured greens, and tree lined fairways are always maintained. Course drains well so even in spring it is fairly firm. Great place to play in fall because the maintenance crew does great work removing leaves. The senior Tee's are friendly and the championship Tee's a great challenge.
Tough course
Gorgeous course. It is named appropriately, it is very long and hilly. It's tough, though. Unless you can consistently make shots, don't be surprised if you lose some balls. Greens are very challenging and sloping. Most of the holes are lined with trees. It's one of the most difficult courses in the area, so I don't make a habit of playing here.. But when I do, I'm always impressed with the beauty of it.
Great Condition - Greens are flawless
Great course. Always in great condition. Fast greens, tight fairways.
Great and reasonable!
Great and reasonable! I would like to try again.
Course is super tough
Course is very difficult I wouldn't recommend it to some one who goes out once or twice a year. Very nice staff, super fast greens! Overall nice course, but not forgiving!
Always accommodating
They go out of their way to please me.
Big Fun
I had always seen this course offered and heard about it from fellow golfers. Finally got to play it and had a fantastic round. Will play the course again, and have already suggested it to others. It was well maintained and a great value for this point in the season.
Birdy Time
The course is in excellent condition. Fairways are some of the best I have played this year. Greens held and rolled true. Great course in all aspects. Looking forward to going back.
Thank you for your 5-star review! Happy to hear that you enjoyed our greens and fairways. Our maintenance team works very hard to maintain these awesome conditions and we appreciate you noticing and sharing your experience! Thanks!
Dunham Hills
Very nice course greens in good condition also fairways.
Tee box's sometimes uneven needed to pick out best place to tee off at times.
Signage at tees could be improved these two things stop it from be an excellent course all round.
Thank you for your feedback. We're happy that you enjoyed our greens and fairway conditions. Please come back and play again soon!
Pair me up
Course is in Great shape. Soft greens due to rain but still tuff. Only issue I have is to many singles and pairs mixed in with foursomes throughout the course. Constantly playing thru but that leads to rushing and hitting bad shots . I don't mind being paired up so I can slow myself down a bit. You need a Starter/Marshall.
Thank you for playing! We appreciate your feedback regarding having a full time starter. Glad you still had a good experience overall. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Dunham Hills Review
They overbooked the round, place us behind a outing, and at one time there was three Foursome waiting on the same tee box
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience with us! We hope to see you again soon!
Thank you so much!
