Very Nice & Friendly
The course is well maintained. Tee boxes and greens are clean. The pace 3.5 hours for 18 holes. The staff was friendly and the course was fun. I will be back for sure. It seems perfect for beginners. I’ve only been playing for 2 months & had a good round here.
Pace of play very slow
Purchased 250pm tee time for 18 holes. When i made the turn to #10, all tee boxes were full of league play. I had to wait behind a 5some of women. Brutal waiting so long to play my shot that i left after #10
Decent place decent rate.
I did get a "hot rate" but it was still a great value for a decent course...its a shorter course but it was well kept and not super crowded on a Wednesday afternoon
Good, local 27-hole muni
Course staff was friendly and relaxed on a somewhat busy Sunday. Pace of play was great, showed up 30-min early and they let us go off early on the 'white' track. It's nice having 3-options. Tee boxes were in great shape, wife even commented on them. Greens were well kept, not many divots to replace, which is nice to see that other people take care of it.
If I had to gripe on anything, I would say the cart could've been cleaned. It was quite dusty and had some cloths / trash that were left in it.
League play course
I took my nephew to golf 18 holes.
It was a great time. We both played pretty decent. This course is pretty forgiving. We played the white and the gold courses. The greens are very clean and well cut, fairways, bunkers.
Very open course. If your drive tends to slice or fade, hook or draw most of the time you will find you ball and pkay it. Not to many hazards. This is a good league play or learning course.
Need better time management
Completed front nine ok, but huge backup at the turn for the back. 8 carts ahead of us , starter gone. Kids running the pro shop not knowing what they are doing. They did this crap the previous time also
Short, straight, and open. Good place to learn. Very forgiving. It's inexpensive and unbelievable very well kept. The tree boxes are pristine and so are the greens.
Liked the Course
Great course layout, but too crowded and slow paced.
Soggy
Course was in fairly good shape a few ponds and muddy areas but for what Mother Nature dealt them is still was an enjoyable time,give them a 5 star rating
Bello Woods
If you have nothing but time Bello Woods is your course. They do not spread enough time in between tee times. There was at least a 5-10 wait at each hole, it was VERY frustrating. The course was nice but I will never go back.
