Marysville Golf Course

Lots of holes that are a lot harder than they look...Hittingthe fairways his Yuuge!! Lots of low hanging branches swallowing the rough so if you hit it left or right...you could have a tree branch in the way of your swing...overall the greens are top of the line in the blue water area and getting the breeze on 9 is always a good feeling.

Nice course. Fun track. City needs to invest more in course w tree removal and such and it would be real nice.

We always enjoy playing this course. Unfortunately, the course has received a lot of rainfall. As a result the course is very wet. There are quite a few areas where the golf carts have left ruts on the fairways and the rough. I’m sure the workers’ will repair these areas once the course dries out. The staff are very nice and we enjoy speaking with them.

The course was wet & soggy in some areas. We have had quite a bit of rain during the month of May. We had to quit playing on #15 as it started to rain. My wife and I enjoy this course and the people who work there are very nice and friendly.

Love playing Marsville normally very green and it great shapes the fairways need a cut and its muddy in alot of areas due to heavy rain. Please play this course in mid June much better conditions

Been playing this nice muny for over 20 years. Nice simple fun layout. Nice pro shop staff. Played for $10 what a deal. Problem was grounds staff does not know or has not been taught how to interact with golfers. Turn mowers down!!! Move away. Don’t follow us. Whether intetional or not superintendent needs to train staff. Reported it to manager but nothing offered except “we know who that was.” Then fire them. Should have been comp’d free round. Shot 80 and lost 5 shots due to mowers screaming all around us.

Marysville is just a wonderful place to hit 9 or 18. The staff is friendly and helpful and the carts are clean and well cared for.

The fairways and rough are always in good shape and the greens are better than average.

Very nice course with challenge from the whites and blues. For less challenge, many choose the gold (senior/women). I played the whites and enjoyed it thoroughly. Course well maintained. Not much of a clubhouse, however. This is a place to practice our beloved sport of golf. Worth the 30 mins drive from my location.

This is a course with great natural scenery throughout. Some nice views of the St. Claire River as well. Course is challenging, but playable, as stray balls can often be found and are not simply swallowed up. Several forced carries over natural areas make you execute, but add to beauty of course. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pure Michigan golf course!

Great price course was in excellent shape first time playing and will definitely be returning to play and will bring more people with me

Challenging course and in good condition. One of the better public courses in our area and very affordable.
