Great Value. Home town feel. Great Municipal course!!!
Traveling up 94 towards Port Huron you can play Marysville for a very fair rate. 18 scenic holes. Shot 80 from 6550 yards. Very fair and fun course. Got a lot of rain the days before but course drained well and played just fine. Mildly undulating greens make putting fun and they were rolling quite nicely. 18th hole was redesigned that it looks nice. Favorite hole is no. 7 short par 3 of 140 yards do a severe green in dry conditions. A great Parkland style course which offers nice conditions at a municipal price tag. Golfnow is a value deal too.
slow play
Took over 5 hours to play 18 and no ranger in sight. Paid 26 and was still irritated. I would NEVER pay their 39 standard rate.
Great Course
For a public course, it is well maintained. The staff are very friendly. Recommend at the turn to get a sandwich from the smoke hut. ( pulled pork is awesome )
louzy course
Very bad conditions. The course was very wet even after a week of nice weather.
The layout is terrible. If you are a first time visitor you can expect to get lost on a few holes.
I would not go back.
Very easy on the eyes
We were on time,and got off quickly.The office manager was very helpful and friendly.The course is interesting,with some difficult greens.
Will be golfing a new course for now on
This has been my go to course to play but recently bought a tee time for 9 and a cart off golf now for $13 they refused to let me play for that price and insisted I pay the current going rate. This wasn't the first time I used Golfnow to play here for the very same price so I was very confused, staff was unpleasant and cranky about it. so I pay an online fee to find out that the worker won't allow me on the course without squeezing every dollar he can from 1 for 9 and a cart. Needless to say I will be going to the numerous other good courses in the area for now on. I also won't miss the backhoe and bulldozers that are working on 5 of the 18 holes.
construction
I have played this course for 50 yrs. It is in the worst shape I have ever seen it. Would not recommend it in its present condition. Used to be nice.
nice course
I really liked this course. If it had not been that lots of large sections of the course were under repair, I would have given it a 4-5 rating. Greens were in very good shape and the areas of the fairways not under repair were good.
Nice course for the price.
Marysville has the fastest greens within 50 miles of Port Huron. The sand traps are in good condition also.
Construction this year has made the 18th hole uninviting because of the un-grassed mounds of dirt surrounding the creek.
Loved it!
Beautifull course, friendly staff good deal on line! There is not enough sing on where you have to go from hole 13th to 14th! Also the no 18th was under repair an the indication on where to go where clueless!
Will defenetly play there again!
Nice location, but need more work
It locates at very nice spot, by St. Clair River. However, lot of maintenance works need to be done on some of fairway. The offer from this course is very attractive, $ 25 after 1:00 PM for weekend and play as much as you can.
Gorgeous day
Booked a hot deal for a noon tee time for $10. Can't beat that. It was a beautiful day. It got busy during the back 9 which created some wait time. Ended up playing a foursome with another twosome waiting as well. The course was in very good condition. They are currently under construction so beware of the noise for 3 holes. The 18 hole isn't pretty due to construction but still a great finish.

Great 17 hole course
course was in great shape except for the 18th hole which is under construction. (till sept)
nice layout.
We took our friends from Florida and we all enjoyed our round at Marysville Golf Course. We look forward to playing it when the improvements are done. Even under construction, we see improvements already. Only complaint: we wish the ranger would have moved along the 4 guys two holes in front of us.

Got rain out played 15 holes !!!!!!!!! had a great time & the money was great!!!!!!!!
New Features
Course is having some upgrades done but they have little impact on play. Course was in great shape. New halfway house/19th hole with lots of food options.
Under construction
Course seems like it'll be very nice following the renovations. Biggest problem I had was the rate of play. The clubhouse was sending out 4somes way to close together and it was constantly at a stand still. Can't beat the price on golfnow, and they had a great bbq stand.
