Terra Verde Golf Course

The course was nice and fairly open. It's not a long course so it was easy to drive and hit a short iron to the green.

The fairways were very hard, and the grass not the best. Expected a little more for the price. I paid 30 bucks for 9 holes and a cart. maybe it's worth it if you play 18.

I also had a hard time with distance as there were no identifying features on the fairways. unless I missed them. Bring the range finder. Huron-Clinton metro parks are 10 times the amenities at the same price.

Golfers of all skill level will enjoy the layout and value of the course.

This course overbooks itself and then blames patrons for being backed up. Ranger followed us for first 6 holes and then approached us for looking for a ball that had flown out into the driving range that parallels a fairway, okay my bad for being on the range but there was nobody hitting in that area. Then on the 7th tee box 1 hour and 10 minutes after our tee time we are told that we need to speed it up because our group of 4 was holding up play. Averaging 11 minutes per hole as a 4some is acceptable at any other course I’ve played at. The group behind us was a 2 some that we let play through. The ranger then proceeded to follow us and watch us tee off on at least 4 of the holes on the back 9 carefully checking through our carts every time he came near us. Ranger is old, cranky, and can’t even have the decency to wear a polo on a golf course. We will not be returning, enjoy harassing your other patrons and driving what used to be a fun course into the ground.

Tuesday may 21. Constantly hounded by the course ranger. Course over books and forces you to rush your play. Would not recommend this course what so ever. We play golf to relax and have good time no rush. I have never had an experience like this in my 15 years playing golf

Layout was ok but overall conditions need some work. The greens were awful.

Good price for ok course. Back nine is laid out weird!

Played the front nine and course was in good shape. Not many golfers out so pace was fine.

Goff course for the money.

This is a very average course which seems to attract and cater to average players. Which is fine, everyone needs to start somewhere and get comfortable with the game as we all did. The difference here is these groups are either locals or friends with the two elderly ladies running the pro shop. If certain groups are late you will wait to Tee off and you better be there minimum of 15min early or certain groups will be allowed to go off before you and if the latter happens it's going to be a LONG DAY....

The course was in decent condition and was not too difficult, good for the price. However, the pace of play was very slow. We didn't tee off until 25 minutes past our tee time and there were 3 groups backed up on the first tee. We waited on almost every shot and 9 holes ended up taking about 3 hours.

I’ve read the reviews and I believe it’s just a few bad eggs. I would compare this course to Western Greens but better. Greens were great, nice course for my first time playing it! I will definitely be back!
