Terra Verde Golf Course

Played the front nine and course was in good shape. Not many golfers out so pace was fine.

Goff course for the money.

This is a very average course which seems to attract and cater to average players. Which is fine, everyone needs to start somewhere and get comfortable with the game as we all did. The difference here is these groups are either locals or friends with the two elderly ladies running the pro shop. If certain groups are late you will wait to Tee off and you better be there minimum of 15min early or certain groups will be allowed to go off before you and if the latter happens it's going to be a LONG DAY....

The course was in decent condition and was not too difficult, good for the price. However, the pace of play was very slow. We didn't tee off until 25 minutes past our tee time and there were 3 groups backed up on the first tee. We waited on almost every shot and 9 holes ended up taking about 3 hours.

I’ve read the reviews and I believe it’s just a few bad eggs. I would compare this course to Western Greens but better. Greens were great, nice course for my first time playing it! I will definitely be back!

We had an early tee time at 7 am and the lady in the pro shop was very very nice and courteous - greeting us as we walked up, asking if we were the 7:07 duo and we said yes. She pointed to the cart that was already prepped for us and, after paying we were off.

As the second group off, we played quickly, although there were a incredible number of single players with their own tee times so we had to get moving. I am shocked that there were not more of these singles paired up into foursomes or at least twosomes to keep the pace of play more constant and relaxed.

Course itself was in decent shape, although the greens were a bit long, and with the morning dew, very slow.

For $35 with cart, it was a reasonable price for a Saturday morning. I would expect to pay less during the week. And I am sure that the pace of play was significantly more slow as the day wore on.

Nice course to play it's still a little wet in areas. The Greens are a little brown still you can see the color changing in them so they are on their way. I do Believe Myself that they should be switching the price due to those Conditions until the course is in Full Bloom they should Not be charging Full Price.

My biggest complaint is the pace of play was ungodly slow and that other golfers were either super sweet and allowed me to pass as a single, or completely rude. Adhere to golfer etiquette, especially if you suck. Good news, I parred the course. Bad news, the rough was holding its water poorly so it was a bit muddy, and the tee boxes need some work, most of them were soft but a lot of them have seen better days and had weeds growing in them already. Overall, great day to get out.

With his attitude the ranger has no business being on a golf course. Total jerk.

Unbearable pace of play due to heavyyy overbooking on a Tuesday at noon, and this place makes sure you know that the styrofoam cup of ice water is always 75 cents, no exceptions

I played early; this, the slow pace problems of previous golfers were a non-issue for me. Course routing was fine back 9 has better land movement and some unique holes. All bunkers have been filled in, but other than that course conditions were very good. This course serves its price point well.
