Rustic Glen Golf Course
About
Located just minutes from Ann Arbor, Rustic Glen Golf Club sits at the edge of the Irish Hills area. The rolling topography provides the
ideal terrain for a round of golf. Originally opened in 1968 as a nine-hole course, it was completely redesigned and expanded to 18 holes in 1999. The layout measures to 6,469 yards from the tips. It's not particularly long but there are some holes that are drivable. There are also plenty of opportunities to work on your short game. Strategically placed bunkers frame the fast greens and the gently rolling hills guarantee that you 'll come across some uneven lies, as well as some great views. The scenic view from sixth tee stretches across the Saline Valley. Don't get too distracted by the view on this hole though; this long par 5 demands your attention.

Nice course, will play again.
Good course for the money. Some tough some easy holes. We will play the course again, when the price is right.
Nothing Special
Its a fine course but nothing special. Its nice but the greens need to be better maintained. Its worth it if you are just looking for quick pickup round. The roughs are little hard. When it rains the course does not drain well. But overall its not a bad course to play. I go there quite often becasue it is close and the price is good on Golf Now
Good value. Friendly staff.
Good course for getting some swings in early in the year, or for the average golfer. There's enough going on to provide some challenge without beating you to death. Exceedingly friendly people in the pro shop & restaurant.
All in All not bad
Not a bad course, have played it several times for outings or because it is close. Great deals on tee times on GolfNow make it worth the money to play (8.00 bucks for 18/w cart) if even for practice rather than a trip to the range.
A few things about the course, tee boxes are HARD, very very hard. Evan after rain it was difficult to get a tee in them. Also a few holes are, in my opinion, poorly designed. Those holes have fairways that slope so drastically from right to left or left to right, that a well hit shot into the fairway is pushed into the rough. Sand in the bunkers could also use some help too as it is rather hard packed.
All in all its an okay course, that offers a few challenges, but not a ton. Worth playing if other good deals are not available, or if you have people looking to learn/improve on their game, but probably would not offer a lot to a very skilled player.
