Excellent Course!
Great course!. Tee boxes; fairways and greens were all in excellent condition. No issues with the course. Pace of play on the front nine was okay, for mid-week on a beautiful day. Only issue was a three-some in front of us had a lady who did not have clubs and apparently was just learning. She didn't play all of the shots (thank goodness), but did take extra shots off the tee box (with mens clubs). They stopped for hot dogs at the turn, and we were able to get in front of them on the back. This is our go to course in the Traverse City region.
Fun but slow
Just really slow. Very friendly staff but left after 9 holes cause it was 3 hours.
The crown
Nice little course in great condition. Enjoyed playing there. The staff was very friendly. Very accommodating. The only thing that needs improvement is the signs directing us through the course were a bit weak. Since their arn’t a lot of cart paths we had trouble figuring out where to come off the course heading to the next tee box.
Course is in great shape…friendly staff and excellent restaurant.

Great Day
Played yesterday. Course was in great condition. Greens got fast after they dried out. Fairly easy course but very scenic and fun. Service was great also.

Layout is a little strange. Pay attention when moving to the next hole.
Really SLOW
Course is in good shape, greens rolled nicely. Layout is interesting as each hole is different. Many hills and slopes, but fairways were mostly flat. The real negative is how ridiculously slow play was. On #16, short par 3 downhill, there were 3 groups waiting on the tee when we drove up and a group on the green. There was a ranger driving around (saw him twice) but even though we told him it was very slow, he just made jokes and pleasantries and obviously did nothing to find the slow group that was holding everyone up. or get some of the groups to speed it up. At the turn I went in and told the kid working at the counter. It definitely took much of the fun out of what could and should have been an enjoyable round.
Great golf experience.
We will return. Nothing left out in making the golf experience satisfying.
Very nice!
Fairways and greens beautiful. We played on a cold, windy day, so the course was not busy. Staff was very friendly and positive. Would go back in a minute!
