Glacier Club

This was the first time I played this course this year. While it is getting near to the end of the season, several bunkers did not have racks and golfers, for some reason, do not repair ball marks or replace divots. When I asked the staff, the ball mark issue seems to be an ongoing one.

The greens require attention, repair. Fairways were soggy. Play was slow. I've seen this course in better shape. No dislike, just ok.

I used to play this course a lot when it first opened, but I haven't played it in about 13 yrs. It has changed a lot over that time with many more homes surrounding it. There have been many recent reviews slamming the course for their greens. I can agree that they aren't pristine, but not the horrible surface others are reporting (I am a member at a local private club and familier with what pristine greens look like). The greens have some scars, but are growing back in. I would say that next summer they will be as good as any other area courses. One thing that may help is if people picked up their feet and fixed their ballmarks. The fairways are in great shape and the routing of the course is awesome. Interesting holes that have you use some strategic thinking. I'm glad I had the chance to play this course again and will be back soon. For the money, it can't be beat.

I am a 6 handicap and play a lot of golf all over. I have been playing the Orchards a lot this year because I just love everything about it. I drive by Glacier Club, and checked it out on line and thought I would stop in to play. BIG MISTAKE.

Greens were in brutal shape. Employees working on the course had total disregard for the golfers. Course yardages were poorly marked. Way too much construction going on.

Pay the extra and go to the Orchards.

Although the staff was VERY friendly..... The course itself was in very poor shape, there was construction going on at least half the holes. Greens not in good shape.

Even though we got a discount using golfnow, I feel we still badly overpaid.

What a great course. Very challenging and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. Even the other players were friendly. I had an excellent time and will definitely be back! Worth every penny!

this was probably one of the more challenging Arthur Hills courses that i've played. the course layout was amazing and has some beautiful holes. the last superintendant didnt take very good care of it, but they are working on getting it back to pristine condition. that was my first time there and it was worth the money. its a long challenging course played from the gold tees. the greens need some tlc. cant wait to play it again when its all done and beautiful.

I hadn't played here since 2010 & it seems to have went down a bit. Especially the greens, they need some work. It over-all is a pretty nice course but we weren't real happy the day we played, especially since we drove about 50 miles to get there. Probably the last time we will go there for a while.

The course layout is fun to play, but it is just not well taken care of. It looks like a brand new house but nobody is cutting the grass or pulling the weeds. I cannot believe anyone would pay full price to golf here.

For the price they charge , the greens need to be in better shape .

the greens on the front nine are in terrible condition. there are a number of bare spots,they are rock hard, and bumpy. the staff was unconcerned. save your money and play elsewhere.

Played on 8/18/13. Priced at $65 per person. The green are in terrible condition for the price. Almost all green have bare areas. My foursome agreed to implement a maximum of 2 putts on 8 of the greens due to green conditions. When we talked to the pro shop after the round they simply did not care. I have played course with $25 green fees that are in better condition. Very disappointed.

This course has a great layout and really challenging holes but the whole course has gone downhill. The greens are so inconsistent that you can't get a reliable line on any of them. the course looks like it has been under construction on a few hole one of which they used the sod from a fairway to try to fill in another and it wasn't enough. The greens had many bare spots on them. Very disappointing especially for the price!!

The day I played the course membership had a member-guest tournament....so needless to say the play was slow...not sure this is always the case...the greens are a little thin and could use some TLC...fairways in good condition...I will come back.

The course was in decent shape. The greens were terrible, un-puttable. The fairways played nice but had a lot of course working being done. Overall not worth the money.

This used to be one of my favorite courses to play. I won't go back until they fix the greens. How can you even open your doors for business with no grass on the greens?

Surprising with all the rain so far this year that the greens were faster than I would have expected them to be. Even though a few greens were damaged and lacking grass they were playable thanks to the ground crew. We started playing from the blue tees but decided to play from the white tees to maintain better control of our game. This course is longer and more difficult than we expected. We'll be back with more experience, see you soon.

the fairways and tee boxes are pristine, they are lush and have a lovely deep green color. the greens on the other hand (the surface that matters most) are like hitting onto a parking lot. the greens are crusty, cracked, and in some places bare because the grass has died and stopped growing. i dont mean 1 or 2 bad greens, EVERY green is absolutely terrible. it looks like the greens havnt gotten any attention all year. If i hadnt gotten a good deal online and paid the full price, i would have been irate. i probably will never go back.

This course is a wicked challenge. long and great greens.
