Disaster with absentee management
3:45 to play 9 holes due to a tourney group that was unruly and unsupervised.
To add further insult to injury we found the pro shop was closed when we went to request a refund for the back 9.
The cart boys said the management had left for the evening despite the fact a wedding reception was going on in the clubhouse.....
Disappointed doesn’t adequately describe the frustration.

Brutal
went to play 18 with a buddy..lots of times on golf now but definitely call the course before booking because multiple times booked and they stated they already had the tee time filled. Asked to be a twosome due to covid reasons and were paired up with another group. Course is decent if you don't mind geese and goose poop on every hole. Other than that service is OK. Was given a little attitude due to being paired up with a solo but they ended up being okay with splitting. Said they were booked up and we let the solo play ahead and got to hole 3 before we saw anyone on 1st hole...and for $50 they used to have great deals but somehow can justify bumping prices up with no added value

Fun but soggy - good value
It was close to 20 years between rounds for me here.
Temp was in the 60's and overcast. Course was in great condition despite all the rain received the 2 days before we played. Though wet and damp (and I mean every inch of the course other than the greens) and as a result, zero roll, the course was in remarkably good condition. The greens ran fast and true despite the dampness.
Only negative were the traps, while they "looked" good they were hard as a rock with very little sand - my playing partner and I each found the sand once - I ended up with a flyer over the green on 14 (#1 HDCP)
Both 14 and 18 (long par 4's) as a result of the wet conditions played much longer. I'd like to play those again when the conditions are more favorable.
I'm scheduled to be back in early October for an outing and I'll plan a return trip for a regular round when its drier.

Terrible Course Layout and no ranger.
Almost got hit three times in the first 5 holes. The holes just go back and forth for the most part and a bunch of hacks out here slicing it into the wrong fairway and not telling fore. Multiple tee boxes are under 15 yard from the green without fences for protection. Pace of play was terrible. 3 hours to play 9 holes, didn’t bother playing the back nine and left without a refund. Overall, it just felt very chaotic.
Long holes with 0 creativity
Not a bad course just not an outstanding good course. 450 yards with a dinky green is most every hole. No bunkers in play. Run of the mill well maintained. I’d pay $35 to play here. Pace of play was very good. Starter was a bit disorganized though.

Beautiful Coarse with Challenging Greens
Very well maintained golf course with very accommodating staff. Definitely worth the money and revisiting. I almost forgot to mention....the burgers were fantastic!

Poor on-course staff spoils a decent course.
Left a four star review last week and played here again today. My main feelings are still the same: it's an enjoyable, challenging course that is perhaps a touch overpriced at $50.
Bumping down to three due to my experience today. Multiple times someone working on the course darted across the fairway when we were on the tee, God awful awareness/respect for the golfers. There was one guy in particular (bigger guy with a plaid/checked shirt) watering the greens who was terrible. We ran into him at least 4-5 times during the round and he wouldn't even get off the green as we approached (a couple times were par 3s). Shame this guy is so clueless, there are a few good guys working out here including one who specifically will chat and spot your shot if you're on his hole.
Further to the above, why are you (the management) still watering the course at 10:45am?! I expect to run into grounds crew a little bit when we're one of the first tee times of the day. It really shouldn't happen by the back nine at all.
I'd still play and recommend the course, but if you want me to pay $50 for a Friday morning round at least get the grounds crew out there earlier and train them to have some awareness out there.
