Decent overall course.
The course is shorter than most from the longest tees. This is compensated for by the tree-lined narrower fairways.
The greens and some of the fairways have some form of grass disease:(http://www.syngentacropprotection.com/assets/assetlibrary/syngenta_diseaseid_guide.pdf)
This resulted in some of the greens having been aerated recently, which put more sand on the green, and therefore hurt consistent putting results.
Tough course with very demanding shots into the greens...Greens are superb. ..Odd mix of holes with six tough par 3's, five par 5's and seven par 4's...Do NOT be over any greens as next shot very difficult...Pace of play wonderful...Love this course! Jumpin' Jack Flash
Very nice place for seniors to play. Course in good shape, staff very accommodating and a easy commute from the twin cities.
Very good senior level golf course with a nice layout.
Nice Course.
Why is it not busier there? Nice, Challenging Course.
Teed off at 4:52 Done at 8:05 pm. Not bad for 3 hacks. Greens rolled really true.
Good friendly course for senior golfers. Have played it several times.
Good course for the money
Great course for the money. Very senior friendly from the yellow tees. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We play on a regular basis and drive out from the cities.
Tough course with terrific greens
One of my favorite Golf Now Hot Deals courses...Tough course from blue tees...Tough off the tee with all the trees guarding the right side, especially on the back nine...Greens are superb and the course is in wonderful condition always...Course tends to get lots of water after a rain, but seems to dry out OK...This is a great track! Pace of play is always excellent. I would highly recommend this course to the better player.
Enjoyable course.
Great layout with some tight greens from the old nine hole course will make you need to stick your shots. Course plays well from any of the tee boxes, straight forward golf. One of the best value courses in the state! Highly recommend Twin Cities players take a drive to the West. Lots of great golf!
Glad to get out
It was a great day to hit the links. Very enjoyable and pace of play was perfect. I conquered a full round in less than 2.5 hours.
Great weather accompanied a cheerful staff and an acceptable round of play.
Can't wait to get in another round.
Great golfing day with good friends
Had a very enjoyable day. Course in good shape and played in a little over 4 hours. Foursome said they would like to play it again!
