Creeks Bend
They seem to be neglecting the course. The tee boxes are horrible. The fairways are hard and dry. The greens are slow.
It’s been in much better shape when I played it in previous years.
Great Condition….But grass was out of control in rough.
Always love this course but it appears they are letting the rough grow. If you are not in the fairway…good luck finding your ball. I’m hoping they are just behind on the mowing. I get it I should be a better golfer and hit the fairway…but we spent to much time trying to find the balls that were just 10 yards off the fairway.

Beware Playing this course!!
We had passes from the golf show. When we called to book our tee time they said we had to give them a credit card anyway but it won''t be charged. Then they immediately charged the account the full greens fees for 3 people. When we got there to play they apologized and said they would put the credit through. We checked back when it didn't go through and they said they were just busy but trust them it would be credited. It is now a week later and they still did not credit my account. I had to put in a dispute. This is causing a huge time drain and I still don't know what will happen with the dispute.

Mixed bag of new and old
The fragmented parking lot and grain bin next to the clubhouse gives you a flavor for this course before you even tee off. I personally love the character the course displays with the original buildings on the property. That said, there were a couple of holes that had me shaking my head a bit. Carts were new and very comfy. Staff friendly. In the end, I'd probably choose other courses at that price point, but it was fun to check it out.

Sorry that I booked this course
A few well designed golf holes, but mostly totally blind shots on way, way too many holes. Fairway grass was long resulting in grass between club face and ball. Rough was so long and dense that pace of play was affected as the two groups in front of us and our group too had to hunt for golf balls a few inches off the fairway. The cups on the greens looked so worn on the edges that we wondered if they were cut the day before. $65/player + extra for range balls. Not a value. On the positive side, the pro shop employee was very polite and cheerful.

Loved the atmosphere of being in farm country and lots of trees, and no houses easily visible. Liked how the holes weren't side by side for most of the course. Nice and quiet. Course was set up well for all skill level golfers. Loved the barn clubhouse and pros hop and the golf carts. Liked how the grounds had beautiful flowers, nice ponds ,with fountains. Honestly, it has all the ingredients of a 5 star golf course, with a little more attention to the tee boxes , fairway cut and the sloppiness of the greens , meaning the holes needed to be recut , pretty beat up , but the greens were cut nice, except for the clumps of grass left behind, I really liked this course and especially for the money

Very good value
First time playing this course. I thought the course was challenging, but fun also. Got paired with a great group of guys and we were there on a holiday weekend, so it was busy. We had to wait just a few minutes on every tee, but it didn't seem like too long. The tee boxes need some new dirt. Some of them were so hard I saw a few tees broken before a swing took place. The round took about 5 hours total for 18, but I would definitely play here again.

Broken tees
Tee boxes too hard to even place your tees in the ground. Tee boxes are not flat and are just weeds no grass. Grass clippings all over the course. I have played this course several times and this is the worst I have seen the course. Not going to waste my money on a course that is not maintained!!

Creeks Bend
Overall, like the course, but the condition is not as good as past years. Most notably, the tee boxes are not very good. We are seniors, so the rate we pay is reasonable and TeeOff deal times are great. Regular rates are too high for the current condition of the course.

Tee box locations don't match scorecard
If you can call them tee boxes. Many are just hard dirt surfaces and the Tee box locations (seniors) on the scorecard are nowhere near the actual yardage on the course.
Fairways have a lot of missing grass. Pace can be slow. Sand traps are full of weeds. Have been there a few times because one of our golf buddies lives south of there but come on, who manages this place? These are basic expectations at any golf course.
